Excellent service from Connectpls! I used their service in my campervan in
Europe over a 7 week period, working remotely throughout 3 days a week. I
actually had both Starlink and their service. I used their service 99% of the
time! It was super reliable, with generally great speeds. Of course they are
using other networks but the fact as a UK resident I can have unlimited,
reliable data for a very reasonable cost in Europe is brilliant. To top it off,
the support at Connectpls is excellent and were always responsive with any query
that I had.

The customer service is amazing! Very happy with the device, I have used it when
trading at a festival and worked well. The only point I may suggest is to
provide an information sheet/ pack with the device so users can use it straight
away, and maybe an app/ login so you can check your account!

In which countries can I use my device?

ConnectPls offers extensive coverage in more than 150 countries for both the

protection against abuse of non-personal data usage across devices.

With ConnectPls Plus Europe package, you’ll enjoy truly unlimited of high-speed
data per month in all covered European countries. Unlike other packages, there
are no daily usage quotas or speed reductions based on daily usage. You can use
your device without any usage-driven throttling throughout the entire month,
ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted online experience during your travels in
Europe. Plus Europe offers true freedom to stay connected without worrying about
daily data caps or speed reductions.

Do I need to buy a device to activate my plan?

No! The mobile hotspot device is included in your plan. The device will be
delivered to you once you sign-up for a monthly plan.

How will I receive my device, and start connection?

We have delivery partners in many countries around the world. Even if we don’t
have any local partners, we will ship your device to your address. Shipping is
included for most locations. Our support team will contact you to arrange
details.

How do I buy daily packages?

You can use your device once you receive it. Your usage will be monitored and
your account will be charged for any extra days used during the month that is
outside of the plan-included days.

£1.5 / day extra will be charged for the following countries: Algeria, Armenia,
Azerbaijan, Bolivia, Bosnia, Georgia, Ghana, Guam&Saipan, Kuwait, Luxembourg,
Maldives, Martinique, New Zealand, Oman, Paraguay, and UAE.

£4 / day extra will be charged for the following countries: Antigua and Barbuda,
Aruba, Cayman Islands, Curacao, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Seychelles, Suriname,
Tahiti, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands.

£6 / day extra will be charged for the following countries: Angola, Anguilla,
British Virgin Islands, Saint Vincent, and North the Grenadines.

 

Is there a sim card inside the device?

The device works on Cloud sim technology, which enables it to work with multiple
operators/sims, without adding a physical sim in it. There is also a sim slot on
the device, and it comes with a backup sim installed in case there is a
technical issue with the cloud sim.

Can I use your service with my own device?

Obviously, you do not have to deal with disassembling and plugging in order to
use this device. You can only use the service with the device given.

Will it work in remote areas?

The device will work in most remote areas as it works via multiple operators.
However, the quality of the connection will depend on the location.

How do I pay for daypass?

When you signup for the service, if you select the starter plan, you will make
payment for the device deposit with your credit card, we will report and charge
periodically to the credit card on file
If no changes to the card, you will not need to do anything on your side.

How lond it will take to receive the device?

This depends on the country you order from. It will be delivered in 2-3 working
days if it is in Europe, and 4-5 working days if it is in the UK (possibly
sooner). We will deliver it to you as soon as possible with our worldwide
delivery partners.

The day counting of the time is in days or in hours?

Days. The count goes from 00:00 to 23:59, depending on the country you are in.

Are there any contracts?

NO! You can stop your subscription anytime you like

Can I tether my internet?

Yes, you can tether your internet if your device is capable of creating a mobile
hotspot.
