I mainly use the Start app for two features: to access Copilot (which works
phenomenally) and to access news articles via MSN. About a month ago, I would've
given this app 5 stars, but now, I am unable to open news articles. When I click
on an article, it brings me to a blank page that never loads. The ONLY way I am
able to read an article is by clicking "Open in new tab" which is a hassle
because that option is not always available! Ugh. Please fix this. My S24 Ultra
and app are updated.

Need to clean cache and close tabs often. If you do this nearly every day you
can avoid loading problems. Microsoft needs to address this as this shouldn't be
the case. If cleaning the cache doesn't work then you need to select clear all
data from the app settings to reset it. I quite like this app but it needs to be
more stable and less needy on user maintenance.

The app was always slower than chrome and not nearly as bright. Now it just
opens to a blank page! Totally useless. I've cycled my phone and did every but
to delete the app. I will and just go to Google news or Fox news. Not as good as
content but it works. I hated to be forced into it and now it's really bad. So
sorry MSN News. It was great from 98 till the last 6 months. Good bye!
