To register, ensure your mobile number is updated on bank records and you hold
either your debit card number and corresponding PIN, credit card number and
corresponding PIN or Murabaha account number. If your current mobile number is
not registered with the bank or you are not in possession of any of the required
documents, call Phone Banking on +97146092222 or visit any branch for
assistance. Registration steps are:
1. Go to www.dib.ae and click “alt online"
2. Click “New User” Tab and select “Register Now”
3. Select Individual>>Card Holder
4. Enter USER ID, password and the required security credentials
5. Enter active card & PIN details, CAPTCHA, and then click on “Submit”

Information Security.
Precautionary measures:
1. Log off on session completion by using the “Logout” button. Do not shut the
browser window to log off
2. The bank will never contact you by call/SMS/ e-mail or otherwise to ask for
validation of personal information (such as your user ID, password or
security profile)
3. Never visit a link via an email to start an Online Banking session. Browse
and click "Login" to start a new session
4. If you receive a seemingly suspicious email, do not reply or click on any
links off the same. Report the matter to the bank by calling + 9714 609 2222
or forward the email to Customer Care at contactus@dib.ae. If you suspect
you have become a victim of a fraudulent email, contact the bank immediately
5. Install all security updates offered by your software provider(s)
6. If you have forgotten your user ID, password or security set up, click on
the necessary option on the login page to retrieve or reset these instantly.
You can also visit the “Trouble Logging In” link on the login page for
assistance. For more security tips, click on the “Security Alerts” tab
located on the top row of the login page.
