WHAT IS ATRIAS?

Atrias CV is a joint initiative of the four largest distribution network
operators in Belgium: Fluvius, ORES, Sibelga and RESA. The company was
established on 9 May 2011, with its registered offices at Kanselarijstraat 17A,
1000 Brussels. VAT BE 0836.258.873.

By making use of this website, you agree to the collection and use of
information in accordance with this privacy statement. Below you will find an
overview of the most important questions regarding the processing of your
personal data. Do you have any more questions about our privacy statement? You

Our Privacy Statement provides information about the following topics:

WHICH PERSONAL DATA ARE INVOLVED?

At Atrias we only collect personal data in order to provide our web
applications, i.e. the collaboration platform (intranet.atrias.be), our service
desk application (atrias.topdesk.net), our certification application
(certification.umix.info), the VAN;portal (vanreporting.umix.info) and to inform
you about our current projects. These personal data are collected in files
administrated by Atrias itself.

We collect the following personal data:

 * Identity data;
 * E-mail address;
 * GSM , fax and telephone number;
 * Language preference;


WHAT WILL ATRIAS DO WITH THESE PERSONAL DATA?

As part of providing information and cooperation via the collaboration platform:
within this context, the personal data are only used to identify you and to
grant you access to the website. We do not forward your personal data to third
parties.

As part of the service desk application : within this context the personal data
are only used to identify you and to grant you access to the website, as well as
to send you automatic updates about your current tickets. We do not forward your
personal data to third parties.

As part of the certification application : within this context, the personal
data are only used to identify you and to grant you access to the application.

As part of the VAN portal : within this context, the personal data are only used
to identify you and to grant you access to the application.

These data are not forwarded to third parties and are not used for research and
development, promotional, commercial or 'direct marketing' purposes. Moreover,
your personal data are only used by Atrias for the purposes listed below:

 * To ensure transparent communication, Atrias may provide you with information
   about our current projects at regular or irregular intervals.

 * To improve its service provision, Atrias may contact you to enquire about the
   quality of its service provision.


WHICH TECHNIQUES DO WE USE TO PROTECT THE PRIVACY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Atrias ensures that it protects its users against unauthorised access to,
amendment, publication or deletion of personal data in the possession of Atrias.

Atrias also takes other suitable steps at a physical, electronic and
organisational level. Such steps must exclude unauthorised access, illegal use,
loss and unauthorised amendment and have been incorporated into our Information
Security Policy.


WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE SHARE WITH OTHERS?

Atrias will not share your personal data with third parties.


WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

You can make use of the contact options listed below to exercise your rights
regarding the processing of your personal data by Atrias, except in cases in
which this would require unreasonable effort on the part of Atrias:

 * Requesting access to your personal data as held by Atrias;
 * Asking us to improve or remove your personal data or to continue to process
   them only to a limited extent;
 * Registering a complaint with a supervisory authority in Belgium
   (www.dataprotectionauthority.be/);

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Atrias ensures that your personal data are not stored for longer than necessary.
Due to the fact that Atrias strives to carry out the tasks stipulated by the
relevant legislation, thus protecting personal data against inadvertent or
malicious destruction, Atrias may, once your personal data have been removed
from our applications, not immediately remove the remaining copies from our
active applications or back-up systems.

We will treat your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Statement for
as long as we store them.


HOW DO WE ENSURE ADHERENCE TO OUR PRIVACY STATEMENT?

We regularly arrange for audits to check whether we meet the standards of our
own Privacy Statement. When we receive formal complaints via the aforementioned
contact options, we contact the person who submitted the complaint to discuss
the follow-up actions.


HOW DO WE ENSURE COOPERATION WITH THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITIES?

In the event of a legal inquest or a police enquiry, data may be forwarded in
accordance with the privacy legislation, without the prior consent of the person
concerned. This will always take place under the supervision of the judicial and
police authorities and your data will never be forwarded for other purposes
(e.g. commercial).


HOW ARE AMENDMENTS MADE TO THE CURRENT PRIVACY STATEMENT?

The Atrias Privacy Statement is amended from time to time. This may be due to
amendments made to the Atrias task package that have an influence on the
processing of personal data. We will publish all amendments to the Privacy
Statement.
