harassment. It’s hard to know what to do to support them while also managing our
own feelings. Join us for a conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, to
share and connect with others who share the same concerns.

WellSprings are limited to 20 attendees. If a session fills to capacity, new
time slots may be added. Spring Health may cancel a session if there are less
than 4 attendees present within the first 5 minutes of the session in order to
preserve the intent of group conversation.

Note: WellSprings sessions do not apply towards the usage of your covered
therapy/medication management sessions.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

JAMIE SCHLICHENMAYER, MS LPC

Facilitator
Jamie Schlichenmayer, MS LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an EMDRIA
Approved Consultant. Her clinical experience is working in community mental
health, criminal justice and hospital level settings. Jamie is currently a
trauma specialist in private practice. She specializes in trauma and EMDR and is
also trained and experienced in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family
System, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy. Her approach is individualized and collaborative to each
person’s experience and needs. Jamie offers a non-judgmental, safe environment
to explore these experiences and work towards growth and healing. She works with
individuals of all ages and backgrounds and has provided trainings to the
community and community agencies including law enforcement, medical facilities
and educational institutions on the topics of trauma, parenting, and crisis
intervention.
