top of page Skip to Main Content Post-Hurricane Grief Support Groups POST-HURRICANE GRIEF SUPPORT CIRCLES Free virtual group sessions for calming and healing Learn More ABOUT THESE GROUPS Our Mission These groups are offered free of charge by a loose network of grief-tenders and space-holders mostly based in the Pacific Northwest. Twice per week in November, we will meet for 1.5 hours on Zoom to give folks impacted by the recent hurricanes the opportunity to be held in loving witness as they share their stories and process the emotional layer of their recent experience. These sessions will be hosted by a variety of facilitator pairs, each bringing their own approach to holding the space. Facilitators: TBD FACILITATORS Our facilitation team was created through some of the individual connections we have to communities in WNC. We are here to provide support from afar by facilitating breath, presence, movement, song, writing, sharing and other forms of expression. Each session will be facilitated by two grief tenders, all of whom have been influenced and informed by their unique initiations into grief work and their personal studies.
