That's why I decided to go to school and obtain my real estate license in June 2019 when I was just 20 years old. Throughout the shift of the pandemic, interest rates dropped to an all-time low, and I took the opportunity to become licensed as a loan officer in November 2020, helping people get approved for their loan to be able to purchase a home. I became licensed in 9 different states and helped over 85 families get approved for a loan to purchase or refinance their home during my time working as a loan officer. I also purchased my own first home in December 2021 at the age of 22. In July 2023, I decided to transition back to representing clients as a Realtor.
