The mission of Earth One is to catalyze the potential of the planet’s most

At the core of Earth One is a Guild – a co-creative and co-developmental
community of practice.

Guilds are built on the practice of Guildcraft — the set of protocols and
practices that form the cultural operating system at the heart of Earth One.

Nobody is everybody … but through well-structured reflection, provocation, and
accountability from peers, we can better recognize and express our essential
gifts and weave them within the Whole.

EXPRESSING ESSENCE.

One Studio leverages the creative talent of the Guild – including award-winning
design experts, technology luminaries, and domain experts to serve projects and
ventures that emerge from the community.

The Studio is the creative core of Earth One, and part of what makes this more
than just a community. We’re here to inspire tangible change in the world, not
just dream together.

At the core of Earth One is a Guild.

Guilds are more developmental than a company, and more generative than a
community.

Vetted and selected Guild members receive greater support, access, and education
— in exchange for greater commitment, responsibility, and service.


THE FELLOWSHIP


A COHORT OF REMARKABLE, PREVIOUSLY UNDISCOVERED FUTURE LEADERS WITH
EXTRAORDINARY POTENTIAL TO AFFECT PLANETARY CHANGE.

To find these leaders, we’ve launched a Fellowship — backed by a 501c3
non-profit — devoted to finding and funding a diverse spectrum of leaders from
across the planet to join Earth One’s voyages and gatherings, at no cost.

In the widest sense, the Earth One Alliance is the informal (but impactful)
community of creatives, entrepreneurs and patrons that the Guild and Fellowship
exist within. Anyone who feels aligned with our mission is welcome at this
level, including guests of Gatherings, participants in Studio projects.
