MASSAGE


is rubbing and kneading the body in order to improve circulation, ease pain,
relieve tension and increase suppleness.


REIKI

is channelling energy into the body through touch activating the body's natural
healing process, restoring physical and emotional wellbeing.


Please note: Pregnancy Massage is only advisable after 14 weeks

My treatment room is on the first floor so unfortunately I have no wheelchair
access.
