User not receiving email after submitting form in test environment
Hi all, I’ve got a user who is training others on how to use DocuSign. She is
using the test environment found here: https://apps-d.docusign.com After she
submits the form she never gets an email notification. I successfully logged
into the test environment and see her envelope. In production, I usually Resend
the envelope and the issue is solved, but in the test environment she does not
receive any email, even after I click the resend button for that specific
envelope. How can I troubleshoot this issue? Thanks!

Signature for INPI - France
I need to sign an official document for the INPI here in France but I don’t get
the certificated signature option when doing the whole envelope settings. How do
I find it? and after that, since there’s a lot of questions around this: does
the signature actually work still nowadays? A lot of people are complaining
about the INPI rejecting Docusign’s signature certificate. Thank you!

When I try to upload may signed document on the INPI website, I get this message
: “Votre signature n'est pas valide : La synthèse a été signée avec un
certificat étranger hors UE et dont l'autorité de certification n'est pas
présente parmi celles définies dans les listes de confiance eIDAS. Votre
signature n'est donc pas considérée comme valide puisque nous ne retrouvons pas
l'autorité de certification du certificat utilisé parmi les listes de confiance
eIDAS. Nous vous invitons à vous rapprocher de votre fournisseur de signature
afin d'avoir une signature conforme.”Translation : “Your signature is not valid:
The summary has been signed with a foreign certificate from outside the EU,
whose certification authority is not one of those defined in the eIDAS trust
lists. Your signature is therefore not considered valid, as we cannot find the
certification authority of the certificate used among the eIDAS trust lists.
Please contact your signature provider to obtain a compliant signature.”

No Access Email Due to 'Corrected' Documents
Has anyone had a recipient get a notification that says they no longer have
access because the sender corrected one or more of the documents? I was the
sender and I downloaded the completed forms but never edited or even touched the
actual information in those documents. The recipient received a message saying:
“[SENDER] has corrected individual document A, B, C, and/or D. As a result, you
no longer have access.” Thoughts? Thanks!

I often need to use the digital stamp, but I can’t find this feature on the iOS
mobile app. I also tried to use the web browser on my iPad, but this
functionality seems to be missing too. Is there a workaround for this limitation

Multiple emails being sent out
Multiple users have had email from Docusign when they haven’t logged in that
day. The last case was a user with the initial email as a “Reminder: Complete
with Docusign” , followed up with 3 emails to “Complete with Docusign” Other
users have reported the same issue

How many attachments per envelope?
Hello, do anyone know how many documents I can send/attach in one envelope both
for manual sending and for sending via API Background: I have different 3,000
documents which have to be signed from exactly 2 signers (the same signer for
all documents). And know I’m searching for a good solution. In best case I would
attach all 3,000 documents and docusign will place the signing fields

Hi there, I have a rather unusual question. I sent a document to a customer for
signature an recieved a scanned PDF document with a handwritten signature
besides my digital signature coming from docusign. Is it possible to upload this
to the envelope, or do I definitely have to ask the customer to use the digital

You're done! want to sign another document? Order of next document
When signing a document the next document that is proposed is the most recent
one to be approved however I would prefer to have the oldest one be proposed.
Can this setting be changed? Reason being is if you’re always signing the most
recent - the older ones will keep getting pushed out. First is first out. not
last in first out

Shared access for Reactivated user?
Hi Community….hope you’re having a decent week. QQ - I’ve noticed that if had a
user (lets call them User 1)….and they had shared access to user 2...if I close
then reactivate User 1 - that user still has shared access to user 2?!….seems
like a bug as I would have thought when you Close a user - any / all shared
access is revoked by design, and would have to be set up again (post
reactivation) ? Any help much appreciated. Thanks, Mike

Dear support,Dear DocuSign community, I am struggling with some new features in
DocuSign which I noticed today and for which I need a recommendation or
solution: a. in the past I had 3 options for signing an envelope now I have 5
(which one to use is now more complex as I have several partners who accept
DocuSign but do not have an account) When I initiated the signage process in the
past, I could just put my initials on each page of the doc and sign with the SMS
→ NOW DocuSign asks on each page for 1) the purpose of the initials and 2) the
Authentication (that is wired and exhausting - please help) Thank you very much

Agreen and Continue popup broken "Other Actions" in Chrome
This is the issue - It does not happen in Edge ? Any ideas - this is since the
recent update DocuSign published. As you can see we are using Focused view
embedded signing. Apart from the bug, like someone else asked in “New modal
appear in the iframe” question, we understood the behavior about this popup only
happens once per “Recipient/Signer”, similarly to Adopt a signature. Once agreed
to this once per email address, it does not happen for subsequent envelopes to
that person. Can you confirm? Also the answer in that question I mentioned does
not really satisfy the question - can you elaborate of the intent. Personally,
it feels right to a degree because you do have these Other options. But if you
have signed something on behalf of say, abc@mail.com recipient, then do it again
- you wont see this popup and thus cannot decline or finish later from a focused
view (I am sure you are aware and one would have to add a Decline tag in the
document which isn’t documented anywhere last time I
