The subscription has a trial period of 3 days, if the subscription is not

How can you win the Skill Game?

All participants in the Skill Game can win a Primark Giftcard when the campaign
expires (31/12/2022). All participants will receive an invitation e-mail 24
hours before the game begins. The e-mail will contain your personal skill game
link, you should not share it with anyone. When you click the link, you will be
taken to the skill game site, where you will se a countdown timer, counting down
to the synchronised start of the skill game. When the skill game starts, the
first participant to answer the 5 mathematical skill testing questions
correctly, without the use of a calculator, will be the winner of the skill
game. The winner will be contacted directly to guarantee the delivery of the

WHAT IS GET CODING

Join the job market of the future, Get Coding is a web facilitated platform that
provides programming courses to subscribers. You can start learning the basics
and rules of different programming languages at your own pace and without
leaving the comfort of your home. The courses will help you become a master in
coding, and you will be able to apply the knowledge after each lesson. There are
no limitations to the number of courses you can take. For those who want to get
prepared for their first (or next) job interview in the tech industry, we have
created an Interview Prep Section. There you will find many different questions
that a job recruiter may ask.


GENERAL

M.O. Players Limited conducts Get Coding's website (in text “Website”) and all
the related services (“Service”). The subject of these Terms and Conditions is
access and use of the service. By purchasing or accessing the service you
express that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

You will get an on-going membership at Get Coding.
Your membership will automatically be renewed after the trial of 3 days period
and then every 30 days for the membership price, respectively 69.00 EUR a month
or the local price, showed below under “Pricing by country”. Your membership
will run until you actively cancel your membership. There is no binding period
of your membership, it can be freely terminated at any time.

By signing up for a membership through one of our campaigns you agree to let Get
Coding withdraw the trial period price and then the regular 30 day rate for the
30 day subscription from the credit card used when signing up. When you buy a
subscription, you will automatically be renewed until you terminate under
“Settings” on Get Coding. You have to be at least 18 years of age and reside in
one of the countries we are operating in, to have a valid subscription to Get
Coding. There are no hidden charges when purchasing the introduction
subscription, just the amount stated in the campaigns.

All though M.O. Players Limited reserves the right to issue both digital af
physical invoices if a customers order is not followed through with a payment by
credit card. Invoices can be issued by a third party as M.O. Players Limited
reserves the right to use so called factoring methods. Furthermore the customer
agrees also that all communications relating to this trade is covered by RPL §
154a on a agreement to electronic and telephone communication between the
parties in this trade.

A confirmation email for your order/payment will be sent to the email you stated
upon signing up for the subscription.

questions in French or English, so we can provide the quickest and best online
support for you. If written in other languages, we might not be able to
understand it or have to do a Google translate, and some answers, might be
misunderstood and wrong.

E-MAIL REMINDERS

You will receive a reminder e-mail 7 days before your promotional period is set
to expire, or immediately after the purchase if the promotional period is
shorter then 7 days.

The e-mail shall contain the date and time of the expiration of the promotional
period, as well as your invoice and a copy of these terms and conditions.

If available, terms and conditions will be sent in your local language,
otherwise, they will be provided in the English language.


FAILURE TO RECEIVE WELCOME E-MAILS, INVOICE E-MAILS ETC

Get Coding cannot be held accountable for the subscriber not receiving the
welcome email, terminations, invoices, receipts etc. It is at any time the
responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that your provider or e-mail is
accessible and able to receive the mentioned mails. By ensure that they do not
end up in the spam folder or ”junk mail”. E-mail providers such as Hotmail and
Gmail can have problems related to the e-mails sent from Get Coding and we
advise you to use an alternative provider when subscribing to Get Coding.

in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose

While we work hard to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee that our

PAYMENT & BILLING

You are obligated to ensure that your payment information is up to date. You
agree to pay in advance of the time period during which such services are
provided. Unless otherwise provided, you agree that until and unless you notify
M.O. Players Limited of your desire to cancel the Services, you will be billed
on an automatically recurring basis to prevent any disruption to your Services,
using your credit card or other billing information on file with us.

M.O. Players Limited does not store payment information. All payments are made
through SSL encrypted connections, which ensures maximum safety for the
transactions.

You acknowledge and agree that any card and related billing and payment
information that you provide will be shared by M.O. Players Limited with a third
party partner, such as: payment processor and/or acquirer.

If you do not withdraw at the time your trial expires, your card will be charged
the amount specified in our “Pricing by country” table. Your signup campaign’s
country decides the amount and currency you will pay, as this will be considered
your local currency.

M.O. Players Limited reserves the right to charge you the trial fee specified in
pricing by country, and thereafter the full membership fee specified in pricing
by country, for the use of our services.

M.O. Players Limited reserves the right to change its fees at any time, upon
notice to you if such change may affect your existing or future subscriptions.

CANCELLATION

You may terminate or cancel the services by giving M.O. Players Limited written
notice via the email: support@get-coding.eu or by logging in to your account and
canceling your subscription. In case of cancelling your subscription in a
maximum of 14 days from the purchase, we offer a refund for all subscription
costs (trial + monthly).

You may discontinue to use and request to cancel your account and/or any Get
Coding services at any time.

Please note that the subscription can be also paused for an unlimited time due
to traveling/vacation, etc. For all further inquirers please include in your
email following information: order numbers, customer number, full name and email
address.

You can cancel subscription any time and your profile will be active until the
next billing cycle. After that, you will no longer have access to your profile
and we may delete all information on your profile. We accept no liability for
such deleted information or content.


TERMINATION

M.O. Players Limited may terminate your access to the services, in whole or in
part, without notice, in the event that:

You infringe this Agreement

You fail to pay any fees due

Your use of the Service may harm M.O. Players Limited or others

Violate the current Terms & Conditions. Share information concerning other
members’ (e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, etc.)

You commit Illegal behavior, non-ethical, irresponsible or any other behavior
that could be construed as harassment towards other members or the website
itself.

Your account is considered fraudulent.

You commit General inacceptable behavior as defined by the site.

In that case, M.O. Players Limited shall not refund to you any fees paid before
such termination, and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges that
appeared prior to the effectiveness of such termination

Please note: Upon termination of the services for any reason: user content, user
profile, and other data will be deleted. Your account and use of the Service may
be terminated by you or by M.O. Players Limited. You can do it by following the
instructions given on the Service. M.O. Players Limited may terminate your
access and use of the Service at any time, for any reason, and at such time you
will have no further right to use the Service. You may terminate your Get Coding
account at any time by following the instructions available through the Service.
The provisions of these Terms and Conditions relating to the protection and
enforcement of Get Coding proprietary rights, your representations and
warranties, disclaimer of representations and warranties, release and
indemnities, limitations of liability and types of damages, ownership of data
and information, governing law and venue, and miscellaneous provisions shall
survive any such termination.

Any content considered as a direct violation with the law as well as cases of
harassment will be reported to the relevant authorities, including the IP
address of the member, time of creation and any other necessary information.


REFUNDS

We offer a 100% refund guarantee on all orders where you request a refund within
14 days of any purchase.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t
quite right, you have 14 days to request a refund under the refund guarantee.
All other cases have to be reviewed by the customer support team, and a decision
is made on a case by case basis.

YOUR REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

You represent and warrant to M.O. Players Limited that your access and use of
the Service will be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and with all
applicable laws, rules and regulations of the EU and any other relevant
jurisdiction, including those regarding online conduct or acceptable content,
and those regarding the transmission of data or information exported from the EU
and/or the jurisdiction in which you reside. You further represent and warrant
that you have created or own any material you submit via the Service and that
you have the right, as applicable, to grant us a license to use that material as
set forth above or the right to assign that material to us as set forth below.
You further represent and warrant that you will carefully safeguard your
password, user name, and account information, will not share your password or
user name with any third party, and will not allow any third party to access
your Get Coding account for any purpose.

regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the amount paid, if any, by
you to M.O. Players Limited for the service in the 12 months prior to the
initial action giving rise to liability. This is an aggregate limit. The
existence of more than one claim hereunder will not increase this limit.

The software used on Get Coding's website could include technical,
typographical, or photographic errors. Get Coding does not warrant that any of
the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Get Coding may
make changes to the content contained on its website at any time without notice.
Get Coding  does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials and
no refunds can be demanded if our software is down at times. We will ofcourse
try our best to provide the best service as possible for all our monthly

Get Coding and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in
connection with the Service are trademarks or service marks of M.O. Players
Limited or their respective owners and some of them are registered at the EU
Copyright Directive. Access and use of the Service does not entitle you to use
or reproduce the Get Coding name or any Get Coding or third-party trademarks,
service marks, graphics or logos.


YOUR CHOICES AND OPT-OUTS

Members and Visitors who have opted in to our marketing and cart notification
emails can opt out of receiving the emails from us at any time by clicking the
"unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our marketing messages. Also, all opt-out
requests can be made by emailing us using the contact details provided in the
"Ownership" section below. Please note that some communications (such as service
messages, account notifications, billing information) are considered
transactional and necessary for account management, and Members cannot opt out
of these messages unless you cancel your account.


GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION

These Terms and Conditions, its subject matter and M.O. Players Limited and your
respective rights under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and
construed under the laws of Republic of Ireland, excluding the conflict of law
provisions of that or any other jurisdiction. Any possible dispute arising
between you and M.O. Players Limited will be resolved by binding arbitration.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in Republic of
Ireland. Unless otherwise expressly required by applicable law, each party shall
bear its own attorneys’ fees without regard to which party is deemed the
prevailing party in the arbitration proceeding.


NOTICE FOR CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS AND AGENT FOR NOTICE

To prove and demonstrate your suspect, as a copyright owner, that any material
available through the service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a
copyright infringement notification to Get Coding pursuant to the EU Copyright
Directive by providing us with the following documentation and information in
writing:

• a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person who
acts on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;

• a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

• a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on
the Service, with enough detail that we may find it on the Service;

• telephone number, address and email address;

• a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is
not authorized by the law, copyright owner or its agent; and a statement by you,
made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is
accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the

ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING POLICY

Be aware that Get Coding's business practices prohibit bribery, corrupt behavior
and money laundering.

You agree that you shall remain in compliance with all applicable laws that
relate to commercial or public sector bribes, money laundering, terrorism
(including but not limited to local anti-corruption laws, Canada’s Corruption of
Foreign Public Officials Act, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the OECD
Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International
Business Transactions and the U.K. Bribery Act).

Should you at any point in time fail to be compliant, Get Coding reserves the
right to terminate your account without any notice.


CHANGES OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

M.O. Players Limited reserves the right to modify the terms at any time. If the
terms change it will be published on our website and the subscriber will have 30
days to terminate the subscription if you disagree with the terms. This will
apply in a case of significant changes in your current agreement with M.O.
Players Limited. After the 30 days any still existing member will be deemed to
have accepted the changes implied. The subscriber can at any time change address
and user details via the “My profile”. The changes till then take effect in the
current terms.


MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between M.O. Players
Limited and you concerning the subject matter hereof. In the event that any of
the Terms and Conditions are held by a court or other tribunal of competent
jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated
to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall
otherwise remain in full force and effect. A waiver by M.O. Players Limited or
you of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any breach thereof, in any
one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach
thereof. M.O. Players Limited may assign its rights or obligations under these
Terms and Conditions without condition. These Terms and Conditions will be
binding upon and will inure to the benefit of M.O. Players Limited and you, and
M.O. Players Limited’s and your respective successors and permitted assigns.


LANGUAGE

These Terms and Conditions were originally written in English language. In the
event any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the English one,
the English version controls.

ENTRY SCHEDULE

Entry Requirements The participant must register for the skill game during the
registration period and accept these conditions of entry in order to
participate. Entry Cost None – The skill game is free to enter. Entry – age
restriction 18 years old. Skill Game entry registration period 01/06/2022 to
31/12/2022. Skill Game competition period 21/01/2023 to 28/01/2023 Winner
notification period 14-days period starting from the day the winner has been
announced. Participation method: For a Competition Period:

 * A registrant must submit the registration form and agree to these conditions
   of entry.
   
   
 * All eligible registrants will receive a skill game participation e-mail 1 to
   14 days after the registration period ends.
   
   
 * The Invitation e-mail will contain a personal skill game participation link,
   that participant should not share with anyone
   
   
 * The link will take the participant to the game web address.
   
   
 * The competition start date will be set 21 days after the registration period
   ends. The exact time of the synchronized start will be specified in the
   e-mail.
   
   
 * If the link is clicked before the competition starts, the web address will
   display a countdown timer, counting down to the synchronized competition
   start time.
   
   
 * If the link is clicked after the competition has started, the participant
   will be presented with 5 mathematical questions.
   
   
 * The participant must answer these questions correctly, without the use of a
   calculator.
   
   
 * The first participant to answer the questions correctly, will be the winner
   of the skill game.
   
   
 * After a winner has been announced, the skill game will end for this
   competition period, other participants will be notified when they visit the
   web address, that a winner has been found for the given competition period
   
   
 * If the winner forfeits his prize for any reason, the winner will be
   disqualified, or there will be no winner announced. M.O. Players Limited will
   re-open the skill game and re-invite all of the registrants of the same
   registration period, for a new winner to be found.

Maximum Number of Registrations A participant can register once during a
Registration Period. Judging Criteria For a Competition Period:

 * The participant who is the first to answer the mathematical skill game
   questions correctly, during the competition period, will win the game and the
   prize specified for the competition period.
   
   
 * Participants only have 1 chance to answer correctly, if they answer
   incorrectly, they will not be able to try again.

Prize Details The M.O. Players Limited math game has multiple prizes. For an

The participant will be competing for the prize previously selected in the
participation form. If the winner is registering via a promotional campaign, he
will be participating for the prize presented in the campaign. Prize conditions
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Prize will be shipped by mail or by e-mail when applicable.

If a winner for any reason refuses to receive the Prize, the winner will forfeit
the Prize.

M.O. Players Limited accepts no responsibility for changes in Prize value.

When a Prize is no longer available, for example, because the date of an event
has passed, the winner will receive a Prize as determined by M.O. Players
Limited of equal or higher value. Notification Method The winners will be
notified via phone call and email using the details provided by participants.
Prize Claim Date & Time The prize must be claimed by the end of the notification
period. Forfeiture, disqualification and cases of no winner If any of these
scenarios occur:

 1. the winner is disqualified.
 2. the winner forfeits his prize for any reason.
 3. no winner is found.

M.O. Players Limited will re-open the skill game and re-invite all of the
registrants of the same registration period, for a new winner to be found. Prize
Delivery Intangible prizes will be delivered via email.

Tangible prizes will be delivered via post with a track and trace system.

There is an expected delivery time of 30 days for your skill game prize.


CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 1.  These Conditions of Entry must be read together with the Entry Schedule. By
     entering, contestants accept these conditions.
     
     
 2.  Entry is open to residents of the applicable countries who comply with the
     Entry Requirements (if any). Entries submitted by Ineligible Entrants are
     not accepted. Entry is not permitted to persons under the age of 18.
     
     
 3.  The competition will be run during the Competition Period.
     
     
 4.  To enter, contestants must follow the Entry Method, noting any Entry
     Details, and submit their entries during the Registration Period.
     
     
 5.  Contestants may only register until the Maximum Number of Registrations has
     been reached.
     
     
 6.  All registrations will be included in the skill game. Entries must be
     received during the Registration Period. M.O. Players Limited has no
     control over telecommunications networks and accepts no responsibility for
     problems associated with them. Entries deemed received at the time of
     receipt into M.O. Players Limited’s database, not at the time of
     transmission. Entries submitted using any form of automated entry device or
     software are ineligible. Entries not fully complying with these Conditions
     of Entry will be deemed invalid. M.O. Players Limited accepts no
     responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted, illegible or
     misdirected entries whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion,
     destruction, transmission interruption, tampering, theft, destruction
     failure or otherwise.
     
     
 7.  M.O. Players Limited cannot be held accountable if the participant does not
     receive the invitation e-mail. It is at any time the responsibility of the
     participant to ensure that their provider or e-mail is accessible and able
     to receive the invitation mail.
     
     
 8.  The participant who is the first to answer the mathematical skill game
     questions correctly, during the competition period, will win the game and
     the prize for that competition period.
     
     
 9.  This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining winners.
     Each valid entry will be individually judged based on the Judging Criteria.
     
     
 10. No Purchase of M.O. Players Limited’s products is needed to enter or win
     the skill game. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning the
     Skill Game.
     
     
 11. All entries will become M.O. Players Limited’s property. Each entry must be
     the entrant’s original work and entrants agree that M.O. Players Limited
     may make copies of or publish their entry in any form or media. Entrants
     warrant that their entry is not in breach of any person’s intellectual
     property rights or any other rights. And its use by M.O. Players Limited
     will not be such.
     
     
 12. When a Prize consists of travel, such travel may be restricted to period
     other than peak periods and must be booked and completed in accordance with
     any terms prescribed by M.O. Players Limited and/or the travel arranger. If
     the Prize is event-based, travel must coincide with the event dates.
     Flights and accommodation are subject to availability. Winners and any
     travel companions are responsible for all other costs associated with the
     Prize, including but not limited to meals, taxes, travel insurance and
     other ancillary costs. If the Prize involves overseas travel, winners and
     any travel companions are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary
     documents such as valid passports and visas. Winners should consult their
     medical practitioner and check travel warnings with the relevant
     authorities (e.g. DFAT) prior to travel. M.O. Players Limited is not
     responsible for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of travel or any
     costs incurred by the winner and any travel companion as a result.
     
     
 13. Entrants acknowledge that there may be some inherent risks in some aspects
     of the Entry Method and using the Prize, and that it is their
     responsibility to ensure that they are sufficiently healthy and fit so as
     to undertake activities associated with the Entry Method and the Prize.
     There is a condition that the winner must fulfill before accepting the
     Prize, and it refers to the winner's obligation to, upon request, sign a
     legal release in favor of M.O. Players Limited and/or the issuer of the
     Prize and the agencies associated with the competition.
     
     
 14. Winners will be notified by the Notification Method described in our
     policy.
     
     
 15. M.O. Players Limited may request winners to provide proof of identity and
     proof of residency at the provided Prize delivery address. Identity
     confirmation considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of
     M.O. Players Limited.
     
     
 16. When the winner is notified, he will be asked to accept the prize and
     confirm the delivery address. The winner will be given the option of
     changing his delivery address.
     If it’s not possible to find a shipping route to the address given by the
     winner, the winner will be given the options of arranging his own shipping
     or collecting the prize at M.O. Players Limited’s address. 
     M.O. Players Limited will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the winner
     receives his prize, but cannot be held liable for negligence by the winner,
     third party failures, acts of God, acts of nature or other forces outside
     of its control.
     
     
 17. Prizes must be claimed in the winner notification period. M.O. Players
     Limited will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner. If the company
     is unable to reach the winner by phone or by e-mail on more than 3
     occasions over a 14-day period, that winner will forfeit the Prize and M.O.
     Players Limited will re-open the skill game. 
     The re-opened competition period will be set 7 days from the point of
     re-invitation by e-mail. 
     M.O. Players Limited will restart the competition 3 times, if no winner is
     found M.O. Players Limited will end the skill game cycle in question with
     no winner.
     
     
 18. M.O. Players Limited does not warrant and makes no representations that any
     Prize will be fit for any purpose or will be of merchantable quality. If
     liability under any terms implied at law cannot be excluded, the liability
     of M.O. Players Limited and its associated agencies is limited to the
     re-supply of the Prize or the cost of its re-supply.
     
     
 19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned or if
     the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
     promotion is affected for any reason, M.O. Players Limited may in its sole
     discretion cancel, terminate, change or suspend the competition. M.O.
     Players Limited may disqualify any individual who tampers (or benefits from
     the tampering) with the entry process or the conduct of the other
     competitors, or who has, in M.O. Players Limited ‘s opinion, engaged in
     conduct which is fraudulent, misleading or generally damaging to the
     reputation of M.O. Players Limited or has breached these Conditions of
     Entry.
     
     
 20. M.O. Players Limited will not be liable for any loss (including without
     limitation, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal
     injury or death which is suffered (whether or not due to the negligence of
     any person) in connection with entering the competition or using the Prize,
     except any liability which cannot be excluded by law (and if so, that
     liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
     
     
 21. M.O. Players Limited accepts no responsibility for the tax implications of
     Prize winnings. Winners should obtain independent tax advice to determine
     how this may affect their circumstances.
     
     
 22. These Entry Conditions, its subject matter and M.O. Players Limited and
     your respective rights under these Entry Conditions shall be governed by

     Players Limited and you and M.O. Players Limited’s and your respective
     successors and permitted assigns.
     
     
 24. These Entry Conditions were originally written in the English language.
     Should any conflict arise between the English language version of this
     Agreement and any translation hereof, the English language version shall be
     controlling.
