Another home improvement project is underway at Casa Lewis. The installation of
this sauna has caught Cali’s interest, as she already seems captivated by the
space. It’s incredible how our doodle exhibits such human like curiosity! Every
step we take, she attentively inspects, adding sweet and cherished memories in

My cozy space is still evolving ❣️ Yesterday the @emtek_products doorknobs
arrived and this morning the excitement of installing them was real! Funny how
installing doorknobs could be so exciting. lol I’m so happy I converted an
unused bedroom, that held and still holds Cali’s toys, into the coziest little
space. This room gets the best natural light and I can even watch the glow of
sunsets in here too. Best part.. I can roll down the shades, close the newly
installed double French doors and feel supper snuggled in. An escape from the
rest of the house. However until I complete the rest of the details, my mind is

I love selling and creating Lifestyles & Dreams❣️ The last 3 weekends have been
nonstop trying to get as much done as we could. Long days but so worth it!! This
underutilized spare bedroom is turning into our 2nd floor cozy den. Although
it’s not complete.. we are excited to get to this point! I have so many decor
details to get through, but for now I’m sharing the excitement to have the walls
completed, the double French Doors installed and our couch settled in. I want to

torn between a Pottery Barn contemporary couch but the $700 price tag at Privet
for the pre loved $5K Vanguard sofa is the winner 🏆 Today was an awesome day!
Feels great getting closer to the finish line, and getting out to show a home on

A day in my life… Super excited about a few home improvement projects. I’m
turning a spare bedroom into a cozy 2nd floor den and I’m going to finish what I
started in my main floor 1/2 bath. That corner piece you see me carrying into
the garage is a recent FB Market find. I’ll be painting it and placing in my 1/2
bath. I’ll share the before and after photos when I get to it. For now the goal
is to complete the 2nd floor den within the next few days. By next weekend! I’ll
share the before and after as well. While I’m enjoying the creative process of
my home projects, I’m just as excited for the real estate developments in my
business. Today was one of those creative days with one of my clients. Hope you

The first flowers of spring ‘Pussy Willow’ formally known as Salix Discolor, is
native to North America and thrives along the banks of streams and rivers.
Definitely not home grown clippings from my garden. lol Although it’s still
officially winter, around this time I’m eagerly anticipating the first signs of
Spring. And at the tail end of winter, late February into early March the fuzzy
nubs start to appear on the branches and into the local shops. In this case the
King Kullen grocery store :) Here in my foyer I’m embracing a change of season
and scenery on a chest of draws I purchased from an antique shop in Eastport 20
plus years ago when I was a newlywed furnishing my first home. What I’ve always
envisioned in place of this was a Hepplewhite chest of draws. Somehow I’ve
become so attached to this painted thing through the years, my search has taken
a back seat to other projects. When I look at this painted chest, it reminds me
of all three homes my husband and I built through the years. So here it is today
welcoming my family and friends with #pussywillow , a @jomalonelondon candle, an
@hermes trinket tray given to me by the handsome @tomsamet for a monumental
birthday, and 2 photos very dear to me. I almost forget to mention the antique
mirror was purchased in #BellportVillage around the same time as the chest. Well
all this to say… I’m so excited it’s almost Spring and happy King Kullen had

When I’m not ‘Selling Lifestyles & Dreams’ I’m enjoying my lifestyle. I cleared
out my summer garden that didn’t produce as much as it has in the past. Now, for
the first time I’m growing garlic that needs to be planted no later than late
September, early October. Today was my last chance because I’ll be leaving soon!
I’m heading to the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury & Gen Blue grand event in
Atlanta. With a list of ToDo’s… I made sure my #garlicgarden was checked off!
This garden of 30 garlic cloves should produce 30 garlic heads late spring into
early summer. I’m very excited to see my garlic harvest in late spring/early
summer. There’s a side to me that dreams of owning an off grid home in the
tropics. Yes.. it’s a lifestyle & dream too. lol But for now.. I’ll continue to
dab into the life of gardening. Are you dabbling into gardening too?
I’m not in the habit of asking for reviews. But when I get one I greatly
appreciate it. This review is from a NYC real estate attorney who called me the
morning of Memorial Day to see my newly listed property that just went live
online that morning. The same morning I was going to visit my dad at the
hospital after the intense emotional time of his stroke and surgery the night
before. I remember sitting in the warm summer sun on my back porch receiving
Steven’s call. I was anxious to get to the hospital that morning and go about my
plans, but hearing the kind urgency in Steven’s voice wanting to see the newly
listed property before heading back to the city, I was met with a hard decision!
By the grace of God I had inner calmness and wanted to accommodate Steven who
only had 2 hours that morning before he left. Under the circumstances he was
kind and gave me the option of scheduling another time, but I knew he wanted to
see it ASAP! So I did what life as a Realtor does… pause personal plans and
work! I made time and rushed off to the hospital. Today I look back and am so
thankful on so many levels I decided to meet Steven where he needed to be met.
It was a true pleasure working with him on his Hamptons purchase. Every aspect
of selling this property was smooth and a blessing. Between my sellers and my
customer, I gained memories and wisdom I will truly cherish. 💙 I do love
