Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner! 🍗🏆 Since 2015, Brisbane North Barbell (BNB)
has proudly hosted three strongman competitions each year. A few years ago, we
introduced an Overall Series Champion Trophy to reward consistent performances
across the series and inspire healthy competition throughout the year. 2024 has
been our best year yet, with 9 series champion trophies awarded at the
conclusion of Round 3. Six divisions saw thrilling battles between the top two
eligible competitors — a fitting end to an amazing season! A huge
congratulations to our 2024 Overall Series Champions, as well as the competitors
who gave them a run for their money throughout the year: Youth Girls: Khloe (3
rounds) narrowly edged out Scarlett (2 rounds). Youth Boys: Thoren (3 rounds)
just topped Mackenzie (2 rounds). Masters Women: Jordy (2 rounds) dominated with
back-to-back wins. Novice Women: Sharni (3 rounds) claimed victory over Kim (3
rounds) in a tight race. Women Div 1: Danika (2 rounds) secured the title with
two wins. Masters Men: Rio (3 rounds) narrowly triumphed over John, Jon, and
Tony (all 3 rounds). Novice Men: William (2 rounds) edged out Tim (2 rounds).
Men Div 2: Zayne (3 rounds) clinched the win against Mitch (3 rounds). Men Div
1: Damo (2 rounds) emerged victorious despite missing Round 3 due to injury,

poll! 🍌Banoffee Pie Overnight Weetbix🍌 Ingredients (serves 1) Base: 🍌 2x
Weetbix 🍌100ml unsweetened almond milk 🍌30ml sugar-free maple syrup Filling:
🍌200g non-fat plain Greek/high protein yoghurt 🍌30g bulknutrients NEW Banoffee
Pie WPC Top: 🍌100g sliced banana 🍌15ml sugar-free caramel sauce 1. Crush the
Weetbix into the bottom of a small dish or container, then add the almond milk
and syrup evenly over the top. 2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the
yoghurt and protein. 3. Put the filling mixture on top of the Weetbix layer. 4.

🔥🔥🔥Which section are you most stoked for? 🙌 Our Ultra 66km course has been
called "trail running heaven”. As you'll see in this fly-through, you will quite
literally circumnavigate kunanyi and head down and up each valley! This
fly-through shows the full 66km course - which is the same for both the Ultra
Solo and the Ultra Team Relay. The course features the famous Organpipe Track,
with spectacular views down to niplaluna/Hobart, the kunanyi pinnacle plateau,
technical single tracks through beautiful snow gums, as well as old growth

Round 4 of the Lindy Goggin Golf League was back at the royalhobartgolfclub and
what a spectacular night! With the course looking fantastic there was some
brilliant golf played. With Mackenzie Thomas taking out the $50 Nearest the Pin
and Lachlan Meaburn taking out the $50 Longest straightest drive contents. The
SRT logistics Trailblazers were even with 1 1/2-1 1/2 score with the
bulknutrients Domintors. The scanlonrichardsonhobart Bandits won 2-1 over the

BNB 2024 Strongman Series - Round 3 Finishing the year off with the last round
in this comp series, taking first place in the Women’s 1 Division and overall
champion in this division for the year. Event 1#: 130kg Axle Bar Deadlift AMRAP
in 60 secs - 4 reps Event 2#: 50kg Axle Bar Clean & Press AMRAP in 60 secs - 5
reps Event 3#: 170kg Yoke Run 4x10m - 44.61 secs Event 4#: Rising weight Atlas
Stone over bar, 3 Attempts - 80kg, fudged the 95kg PB Attempt Thanks again to
team.bnb for hosting a fun event, the community spirit of Strongman comps is
always nice to see and their friendly competitive culture among members is
admirable. Being a random drop in athlete into the space reminds me Strongman is
all about community. As always special thanks goes to the sexiest coach out
spiteandstrength for sharing his knowledge and passion to the sport and also
being my supportive cameraman for the day 😘 Although I’m frustrated at how the

I visited Bulk HQ in Hobart, Tasmania meeting with the marketing and R&D teams
behind the products that we love. We discussed hybrid-specific products, the
expansion of the business and premises in Tassie to accommodate growth and
demand. The R&D team detailed the genesis of the protein bar, future
iterations and flavour combinations of current products and also new products in
the pipeline. I had the opportunity to mix my own batch of a soon to be
released product that will support my training in the lead up to Hyrox
Melbourne. In future, when officially released, this product will be one I’ll be

wildwoodrockextreme hard enduro over in Victoria 2 weekends ago to finish off
the season! Rode alright but definitely was laking in a few areas but had a
blast for my first time. Prologue was short and sweet with just over 2 minuete
times and crashed twice🤦‍♂️ but still made the front row. The Main race took
just over 4hrs and was definitely gruelling. Tested the body physically and
mentally to the max but still had a blast. I’ve never felt so much grip compared
to the Tassie slippery creeks 😂 Prologue P10 Main Race P8 Lots to learn and
take away from these races and I’m keen to keep learning and improving! Big
