OUR TECHNOLOGY

Our solution is made up of 3 components:




 1. Physical hardware monitoring unit, installed at your site(s).

 2. Web portal, for management of notifications to your users, and reporting

 3. Consulting Services



Details:




Hardware Unit:

 * monitors up to 2 fire panels via RS232,

 * monitor up to 8 dry contact inputs

 * Telstra or Optus 4G internet connection with 2GB/month quota




Web Portal:

 * Access to a cloud-hosted web portal, to view and control dry contact
   monitoring and fire panel monitoring:

 * custom URL for your company, e.g. https://your-company.alarmcloud.com.au

 * current status of each dry contact input

 * enable/disable alerting on all dry contact inputs (global kill switch)

 * listing of alert messages from fire panels, e.g. isolations, faults and alarm

 * set alerting time window (e.g. 9am to 9pm)

 * add/moditfy/delete alert email addresses and mobile numbers

 * 1000 SMS's to Australian mobiles,  $0.08 per SMS after that

 * 100,000 emails, $1 per 5,000 emails after that




Consulting Services

 * adjustments to existing features, and creating new custom features

 * exclusive rights for your company to on-sell, or use internally for 2 years

 * customising for your customers, or custom-branding for your company if you
   are a reseller.
