PRIVACY POLICY

The Federal Digest is a registered vendor of the Federal Government’s SAM, the
primary database of vendors doing business with the federal government. The
FederalDigest’s goal is to educate federal employees by providing resources on
federal retirement benefits. To achieve The Federal Digest’s goal, The Federal
Digest performs marketing and related services for the benefit of Federal
Employees and FRC members. The Federal Digest does not offer financial,
insurance, tax or legal advice.

The Federal Digest is a private company that operates through a referral network
of independent licensed insurance and/or financial professionals (FRC Members).
When you submit your information or complete an information request or
evaluation, The Federal Digest will match you with an FRC Member based on your
appointment request and share your submitted information with them which may
result in a solicitation for financial/insurance services by the matched FRC
member.

FRC members are independent financial services practitioners, who may have an
independent contract relationship with The Federal Digest, but are not employees
of The Federal Digest. FRC Members may present at seminar events and have paid
sponsorship consideration for their participation. Any Educator will not sell at
any educational workshop. The seminar will be conducted by an independent,
professional Federal Benefits Educator; An FRC Member is merely hosting the
seminar. On occasion, an FRC Member may host and present at the seminar if The
Federal Digest’s professional Federal Benefits Educators are unavailable to
travel. Participation in a seminar event is completely voluntary, and at the
sole discretion of the invited individual to attend.

Educators are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the Federal
Government or any U.S. Government agency.

The Federal Digest is not a broker-dealer, investment advisory firm, insurance
company or agency and does not provide investment or insurance related advice or
recommendations. Educators make no warranties or representations about the
information or results obtained by its use. The Federal Digest disclaims any
liability arising out of any unauthorized use of or reliance on, the information
provided.

The Federal Digest is not affiliated to sell or represent on behalf of, or
otherwise endorsed, by any state or Federal employee benefits program referenced
by the U.S. Government, any state agency, the U.S. Armed Forces or any other
third-party, including the Office of Personnel Management (“OPM”), the Office of
Federal Employee Group Life Insurance (“FEGLI”), or the FEGLI Program. In order
to ensure the integrity of the training provided to Federal employees across the
United State of America, The Federal Digest implements and enforces internal
policies and procedures which adhere to GSA Rules and Guidelines.

Furthermore, in regard to Federal benefits seminars, The Federal Digest strives
to operate in strict conformity with the guidance provided to Federal employees
as contained within OPM Benefits Administration Letters (BAL 06-202 and BAL
14-206), both of which are intended to curtail insurance misrepresentations and
deceptive sales practices upon Federal employees.
