ABOUT GIFT CARD REDEMPTION PROBLEMS

If you're having problems redeeming an Amazon.com Gift Card to your account,
check the Gift Card Terms & Conditions to make sure your order meets the rules
and restrictions for paying with a gift card.



After you've entered the claim code on our site, we will store the gift card in
your account for use on future purchases so that you don't need to enter the
claim code again. To check whether a gift card has been claimed to your account,
view your gift card amount please visit Your Account which provides a convenient
way to keep track of your gift cards.

If you're still having problems, check the Gift Card Terms & Conditions to make
sure your order meets the rules and restrictions for paying with a gift card.




COMMON GIFT CARD REDEMPTION ISSUES

If you receive an error message that the claim code is invalid, check for
mistakes in the claim code that was entered and try again. If you're still
unable to redeem your card, including in the following situations, contact us
with the 16-digit code on the back of the card:

 * You're seeing an error message that the Amazon.sg Gift Card has already been
   redeemed to another account.
 * Gift Card claim code is scratched or can't be clearly read.





Note: If you contact us about redeeming an Amazon.sg Gift Card that was
purchased at a local retailer, have your original purchase receipt and the
physical gift card on hand.



Gift cards that are for a retailer other than Amazon.sg must be redeemed with
that retailer. For example, if you have an Amazon.com Gift Card, you’ll need to
redeem it on the Amazon.com website. Contact the retailer of the gift card for
redemption assistance.
