If you check my post history, you'll see my wife nealry lost her job over the
jab mandate back in December, but got an approved medical exemption. But it
didn't stop there.

After she got the exemption, they transfered her to a new position without
warning or explanation. A position she has absolutely no background or
experience in, then gave her zero training. After 6 months, they started a
"Performance Improvement Plan," but STILL offered no training. Clearly setting
her up to fail so they could fire her after the medical exemption.

It was ADA retaliation with extra steps.

She was highly successful and qualified in the original position. But everything
changed after the jab mandate.

And it just so happens workplace retaliation complaints are much harder to prove
in Court 6 months after the act. Wonder why they waited that long....

Oldest trick in the book. Luckily I spent some time as a HR Investigator for an
ethical HR, so I saw what they were doing from day one.

We retained an employment law attorney. After about 3 weeks of back and forth,
they agreed to a separation settlement. She resigns and they paid us $20k cash,
and they will pay her COBRA medical insurance for 6 months. Never set foot in
Court. Her final day was last Friday.

And next week she has a start date for a new job, with a $16k a year raise from
the last one!
