JSM Developments is a family-owned business formed in 2007 by husband and wife
team, Sean and Jackie Stanhope and is now part of Crown Oil Environmental. Our
goal is to supply specialist engineering services and industry-leading customer
service to the petrol forecourt and commercial fuel industry, with our dedicated

JSM hold the key to reinstating fuels after water ingress. Our technology and
advanced methods ensure we recover 100% of free-standing water from the tank; we
then fully coalesce and polish the product, to ensure that all suspended water
is removed. All waste is removed from the site by us, as registered waste
carriers and disposers

JSM cover all aspects of tank cleaning, relining and repair, with our double
coat Belzona single skin or Rafibra double skin, with interstitial space and
Class 1 leak detection. You can be assured that our highly skilled qualified
engineers will carry out engineered, fully approved tank lining to the highest

Our Bio Bug Buster was originally built and designed by us in 2008 to combat the
issues of Bio Bug in stored fuel. Now highly advanced using sonic technology, we
are the industry-leading service to remotely clean tanks of all fuel types; and
polish fuels. Our comprehensive service includes power flushing fuel lines and
changing pump filters. The most cost-effective service is backed by a minimum
12-month guarantee.
