Global Integration of GEFCO’s Ocean Freight Product into the CEVA Network:
Becoming One CEVA

DEAR BUSINESS PARTNER,

We would like to take the opportunity to share with you the latest update on our
integration of GEFCO into the CEVA Logostics network.

The GEFCO network has now been intergrated into our CEVA global network and from
this point forward we continue as ONE CEVA. We are a world leader in third-party
logistics providing global supply chain solutions to connect people, products
and providers all around the world.

As One CEVA we now operate over 1.300 sites and are present in 170 countries
worldwide.

CEVA Logistics by the numbers


Our Improved Ocean Network: as CEVA, we are now able to utilize our owned office
presence within 170 countries, ensuring that you and your customers are
supported globally, enhancing your customer communication and ensuring full
visibility. For the few countries without CEVA owned offices your ocean
shipments will be managed by a trusted Third Party Agent (Paraguay and for
French Overseas Departments And Territories).

Each CEVA office will proactively reach out to your customers to inform them of
the changes and effectively créate a smooth transition.

Extended NVOCC coverage: the previous GEFCO network has been added as an
affiliate to CEVA’s global agreement with the NVOCC, Pyramid Lines Singapore
Pte. Ltd. (“Pyramid Lines Singapore”).

As a direct result, the ONE CEVA network will be able to issue House Bill of
Ladings as agents for and on behalf of the NVOCC, Pyramid Lines Singapore.

Gradually you will notice that the NVOCC TDSD Line Ltd., previously represented
globally by the GEFCO network, will be phased out in favor of Pyramid Lines
Singapore.

House Bill of Ladings issued by CEVA will therefore be issued as an agent for
and on behalf of Pyramid Lines Singapore.

Enhanced ocean freight product: with over 1,4 million TEU managed through the
ONE Ceva network, 500.000 cmb on LCL volume and over 600.000 door to door
combinations, our ocean freight producto far exceeds the industry’s standard.
