MMD'S MISSION

At MMD, our mission is to deliver the highest quality timber frame kits, crafted
with precision using cutting-edge structural timber CNC machines. We are
dedicated to excellence in every step of our process, from sourcing premium
materials to designing and fabricating kits that ensure durability and strength.
Most of the work is meticulously completed in a workshop with advanced CNC
machines, reducing on-site erection time to a minimum. Our timber frame kits are
engineered for easy assembly, accompanied by comprehensive diagrams that
simplify the process. At MMD, we blend craftsmanship and innovation to create
extraordinary timber frames with efficiency and precision. 


ABOUT US

David Clooney

At MMD, we are a proud family-run business with over 13 years of experience in
the timber frame industry. 

Originally, we began our journey crafting timber frames by hand, drawing on the
traditional skills and expertise that have been passed down through
generations. 

As the construction industry evolved and embraced the move to off-site building
processes, we adapted to these changes by incorporating advanced CNC machinery
into our production.

Our main contributor, David Clooney, brings a unique blend of skills to our
company. Before joining the family business, David had a successful career
programming and designing large pan-European data protection systems for UK
banks. His extensive background in IT and design has been instrumental in our
transition to CNC manufacturing. 

This blend of craftsmanship and technological innovation allows us to produce
precision-engineered timber frames that meet the highest standards of quality
and efficiency.

Recently, we relocated our operations to the beautiful Málaga province in Spain,
where we look forward to combining all our skill sets and expanding our reach
within the construction industry. 

Utilising state-of-the-art CNC machines, enables us to offer structural timber
frames that are precisely crafted to suit any project.

At MMD, we pride ourselves on our ability to handle all aspects of the design
and manufacturing process in-house. 

We work closely with architects and permit planners to ensure that each timber
frame meets the specific needs and regulations of every project. 

By maintaining close relationships with our clients and focusing on innovation
and quality, we continue to deliver exceptional timber frame solutions that are
both beautiful and structurally sound.

Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction remains at the core of
everything we do.
