United Trans Service is a family-owned logistics company, active in the field of
international logistics since the year 2003. Renders all types of transportation
service demands in road, air, sea and rail.

More than 15 years of presence in the market speaks for itself, when it comes to

The freight forwarder plays a key role in economical transport. Therefore

rail, road and marine transport.

We provide solutions for all receiving, handling, and warehousing problems as
well as arrange custom clearance, insurance, tally and survey of cargo either
independently or with assistance of our partners.

We organize transportation of cargo by railway transport from the Baltic States
to CIS countries with all kinds of rolling stock. Transportation of cargo by
railway is one of the most sought after services on contemporary logistics
market in the Baltics and CIS countries.

We organize below types of road transportation:

Maritime transportation is a comfortable and inexpensive way of cargo delivery
over long distances.

 

We organize LCL and FCL container transport with competitive pricing. At the
same time, we arrange for you all the port services needed, ranging from
bookings, warehousing, customs processes, delivery and pick-up. We also organize
all documentary and administrative procedures in the port. We organize below
types of sea freight transportation:

 * Less-than full container loading (LCL)

Warehouse services are an essential part of logistics complex. Each cargo,
passing through stages of international transportation, must be subjected to a
number of procedures, including warehouse labor. When organizing cargo
transportation, UTS uses its partners’ warehouses. If necessary our company will
organize a warehouse in any other country where it is economically viable. In
our activities we use commercial, customs and excise warehouses. As well customs
terminals and free zones in Muuga Harbour and Paldiski Norhtern Port.

Customs services

 

Customs clearance is a very important process because of two reasons: it affects
the ultimate cargo price and, if performed incorrectly, the exporter/importer
may face claims from customs, tax, and other regulatory agencies. Free zones in
Muuga Harbour and Paldiski Norhtern Port grant more flexible customs procedures
for companies rendering transit and distribution services. Simplified customs
procedures, easy transfer of ownership rights and value-added operations allowed
in the zone are designed to foster the development of distribution centres. No
import VAT is applied to goods imported temporarily to be processed and exported
in due time from Estonia.

 

Our company offers the following customs services:

 * Customs clearance of import and export procedures
 * Transit declaration
 * Drawing up of waybills – CMR, SMGS
 * Preparation of Certificates of Origin

 * Customs declaration of temporary export and import

 

Insurance of cargo

 

We have a short list of insurance companies we are working with on a permanent
basis, and according to Your inquiry (in cases when, for instance, CMR insurance
policy does not cover the whole value of Your load), we are capable of providing
additional cargo insurance service, protecting Your cargo from different risks
(such as damage, loss, theft, natural disaster, etc) within the transportation
