AMANDA CHADWICK

Amanda is an experienced speaker who specialises in all areas of employment law,
mental health, health & safety, and employee wellbeing.

Based in North Wales - Amanda Chadwick is an experienced and well known speaker,
specialising in all areas of employment law, Health & Safety law and employee
wellbeing. Amanda has worked as a successful, presenter/broadcaster/ author for
over twenty five years advising tens of thousands of business owners with
everyday issues in employment and health and safety law, by representing at
tribunal, mediating, mentoring, presenting, writing and blogging.

Amanda’s past has involved working in the media, developing KPI’s, driving
businesses with personally designed incentive programmes, developing training
packages, holding motivational conference’s and keeping business owners updated
via her webinars and social media.

Amanda is proud to hold relationships with and speaks for many associations,
charities, voluntary organisations, business federations and networking groups.
It is with this work that she can be seen hosting award ceremonies,
International Women’s day, speaking as an inspirational woman, heard on business
radio slots and writing articles for business publications.

JILL COOTE

Jill has over 25 years experience working within Employment Law, Human Resources
and Organisational Development.

Jill has a law degree and is a CIPD member with over 25 years experience working
within Employment Law, Human Resources and Organisational Development.

Jill has a solid operational and managerial background, which she gained from
working across several different business sectors and regularly works with
organisations of all sizes advising and guiding them through the minefield of
managing people effectively with best business practice being demonstrated and
maintained.

A highly experienced presenter and trainer, Jill has a presentation style which
is lively and informative; using real life examples of best practice within the
workplace. Her presenting style ensures the audience leave understanding the
content in a clear and concise manner; ensuring the best possible outcomes in an
ever changing world of Employment Law and Health and Safety.

STEVEN BATES

Steven has been in property and financial services for over 20 years and is
frequently asked to speak at events across the UK on financial planning,
property and business strategy. In 2009 Steven founded The Giraffe Group which
provides business, financial and property advice to clients across the United
Kingdom. In 2021 Steven founded Zebra Wealth Management which provides clients
with holistic financial advice with a specific focus on wealth accumulation and
tax efficiency.

Steven has over 17 years’ experience in business and has a flair for Leadership,
HR and Health & Safety.

In December 2009, Steven set up The Giraffe Group which provides strategic
business, property and financial advice to individuals and organisations across
the UK.

Steven has previously sat on the Management Committee for Action Foundation
which is a registered charity in Newcastle upon Tyne which is committed to
social action in the North East of England.

Steven is committed to operating ethically in business and is a student of the
Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and the Chartered Insurance Institute
(CII). Steven is also an expert on staff performance and company culture and is
passionate about seeing organisations and individuals reach their potential.

MONICA PRICE

Monica Price is a business leader, broadcaster, writer, and the Go-To Health and
Wellbeing Expert, working with Sky News, GB News, BBC, TalkTV, Times Radio, and
many other national television and radio stations across the UK.

Monica Price is a business leader, broadcaster, writer, and the Go-To Health and
Wellbeing Expert, working with Sky News, GB News, BBC, TalkTV, Times Radio, and
many other national television and radio stations across the UK. She has over 20
years of experience in the health and wellbeing industry. Alongside a degree in
Nutritional Therapy and Clinical Practice from the University of Worcester,
Monica has a wealth of experience in health & well-being, business strategy,
health & safety, human resources, communications & PR. She contributes a regular
Health & Wellbeing column to a series of Great British Life magazines, is a
columnist for The Times newspaper, and offers her expertise to other local
magazines and blogs. In tune with her entrepreneurial nature, Monica also works
with various industry groups within the Complementary and Beauty sectors,
inspiring change and innovation. She supports the College of Medicine London and
is an advocate for the use of Complementary therapies alongside conventional
healthcare. Monica is passionate about the importance of wellness for the mind
and body, mental health awareness, and the importance of nutrition. She is a
qualified Nutritional Therapist and works with clients around the world.

CHRIS WAGSTAFF

Chris is an experienced chartered Health and Safety professional, having worked
in both the private and public sectors. After achieving the NEBOSH General
Certificate, he quickly progressed and obtained the NEBOSH National Diploma, and
is now an accredited examiner for NEBOSH.

Starting in the retail sector, Chris gained a wide range of experience including
warehouse processes, haulage, distribution and the shop floor. Moving into the
Public sector, Chris gained further experience in the Social, Catering and
Education sector, and was a member of the Outdoor Education Advisory Panel.

Chris has experience providing Safety Management Systems, writing Policies,
undertaking risk assessments and completing workplace inspections. He also
delivered a wide range of training courses in accredited training (IOSH), Manual
Handling and Resilience training.
