CERTIFICATE REVOCATION SERVICE

You are the certificate owner you'd like to revoke, you could revoke it in line
by following the steps below:

 * Step 1: Enter the identity details of your certificate
 * Step 2: Get authenticated thanks to the receive unique code
 * Step 3: Confirm your request

If you did not receive any code, it may because the entered data do not match
with the information that were registered at the certificate request operation.
You may verify in your mailbox in the spam folder.
As an option you can submit your revocation request by contacting our DocuSign
France Customer Success team.

If you are the authorized person, certificate representative or the delegated
registration authority central operator that participated to the initial
certificate request; you would submit the revocation request by contacting our
DocuSign France Customer Success team.

To proceed with certificate revokation, select one of the below option:

 * You are the certifcate holder you use to sig documents or authenticate
   yourself with online service, choose PERSONAL CERTICATE
 * You are the owner of a seal certificate your organization is using to seal
   documents, choose SERVER CERTIFICATE
