My dear reader, I have been thinking a lot about you and your lovely place,
India. For all I know, it is just a fly in the ointment, but I’m willing to
wager a guess that you’ve come here with many reasons. Whether it’s to check out
the Taj Mahal, a golden desert or to simply indulge your love of art and
architecture, India holds so many surprises for anyone. And what a pity if you
don’t get around to exploring them all!



So, for the love of all that is holy, I have just one word for you: Come! Step
into this magical place and feel the purity of the heartland. Sit on the river
banks and listen to the rushing waters; take a cool bathe on some of the chilly
stones; and do all sorts of things that will give you a sense of pride and
accomplishment. For me, that would be reason enough to get all red-hot in love
with this wonderful country!



But then, you wouldn’t want to miss out on all those beautiful sights, right?
So, come on, discover India! It’s really not that hard, is it? Now, are you
ready to visit the magical place that is India? I sure hope so, because I’d

HOW TO CHOOSE A TOURIST DESTINATION

Langley is an attractive tourist destination, yet surprisingly it experiences
rather uneven tourism year on year, with little tourist hotel capacity in the
peak season from May to October, and a very high usage of lodges in the Peak
Season in October-January. I have been to Langley three times now and each time
I felt the city had its own spirit and character, despite having to travel
through Snowdonia and Anglesey in order to get there. Each time I have been to
Langley I have found it to be much more enjoyable than I would have expected,
despite having experienced first hand the drawbacks associated with such an
“impeccable” tourist destination. While the hotels are perhaps not the best in
the country (unlike in York), the facilities themselves are superb. The town of
Langley in itself has a nice range of accommodation options, including bed and
breakfasts, self catering cottages, camping, caravan sites, cabins and luxury
hotels.



The area also has quite a lot of ” novelty attractions” – many of which tourists
will probably not be aware of, but will be useful to locals during their visit,
especially for those coming from the United Kingdom or Europe. For example, the
“Mall,” which is a Grade I timber building is certainly a fascinating
attraction, even if the main purpose of the mall is to sell wood to local
businesses. However, this mall is also home to a rather unusual sculpture
garden: it is the largest freestanding garden in England. And whilst the
sculptures are often intended to be pieces of art, one can also spend an entire
day just admiring the aesthetic beauty of the countryside from the top of the
Mall, enjoying the greenery and the mild climate surrounding it.



Further to the north, tourists will find some other natural areas that are worth
exploring. The Dales is certainly worth visiting, as is the Peak District.

A LOVELY PLACE BY JIM SHORE

This beautiful piece is inspired by the song Hotel California from The Eagles.
Such a Lovely Place is a dramatic, dark show of contrasting colors and textures.
There are darker nuances of color contrast with the careful carefree pinks,
blues and whites contrasted with the ominous dark accents of black. I
particularly like the dark spot under the man’s feet. It reminds me of the
devil’s foot from the original painting by Anton van Gogh.



This is truly a magnificent painting and one that I would like to hang up on my
wall as a piece of art. I love the way it makes me feel like I am traveling
through a beautiful paradise just looking at this work of art. To me this
painting evokes the famous album cover for the same album by The Eagles. Another
great aspect about this painting is the symmetry of the different colors in the
landscape that the Eagles were traveling through on their journey. Of course the
symbolism is lost on us without the actual painting but the symmetry of the
colors and the beauty of the landscape really does add to its beauty and poise.



Another lovely album cover which also comes from the Eagles’ career is entitled
Hotel California. I think this particular painting is probably my favorite from
all of them. Just having a good listen to this wonderful musical also helps me
to relax and enjoy my favorite music. Music is therapy for me, the right music
can help me to calm down in crazy situations and this is what The Eagles were
able to do back in the seventies.

discover that it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. This is the story of two
unlikely lovers who find themselves locked in a room together, for seven years.
But will their friendship survive?



Laura Wharton does an amazing job of creating a likable, charming yet slightly
odd couple. I adored Laura while reading this book and found myself enjoying the
witty banter between the two, and identifying with them as parents. Laura is a
mother who loves her son to death and has been through a lot, but she still
cares deeply for him and does her best to make him happy and healthy. Just when
you think the relationship between them may go sour, Laura and her son find
themselves miraculously transported into a magical country where everything is
rosy-and for Laura, it all starts with a book. It was so exciting to follow the
main characters from wherever they were in life, to where they are now, to meet
the other side of their story, and it made me laugh out loud several times as I
read along.



The writing style is clear and easy to understand, with some interesting twists
and turns throughout the book. Laura Wharton takes the reader on a journey with
them, describing their experiences in a positive, optimistic yet not
over-the-top way. I would recommend Lovely Place to anyone looking for a travel
story with an added twist or two, a story that makes you stop and just let your
mind wonder. If you have children, this is a perfect book for them to read with
them, sharing the funny moments and beautiful places they discover along the
way. If you have never read anything like this before, give it a try; you won’t

So this is the list of stuff to do on holiday – check out the slopes, have a
swim, visit the beach (if it’s summer), try snowboarding or snorkeling (if it’s
winter), take a hike, buy some sun cream or lotion or go for a walk in the fresh
air. In other words, if it’s winter, check out the slopes and then after that if
it’s summer go for a walk in the fresh air. Don’t forget to put your sunscreen
on. And you must remember to bring your camera, as this is going to be a memory
that you will always hold dear. I am sure that by now, you realize that all of
these are activities that require getting out of the house and doing something
different than what you are used to.



So if you want to really enjoy yourself and really challenge yourself to gain a
new level of physical fitness while you are on holiday, then there are two
activities that you can do whilst snowboarding or skiing. One activity is called
snow boarding or sledging and can be done in a variety of locations. It involves
putting your boots on skis, and then using your hands to grip the side of the
boot and pull yourself forward, and if that isn’t challenging enough, you can
even use your body weight to propel yourself forward! If you are lucky enough to
be in a group that includes other snowboarders, the challenge is increased even
more as you can all pull and tuck in your belly to balance yourselves. This is
also an activity that can benefit your health, as you will be adding resistance
to your body, helping it to burn extra calories and build up more muscle,
helping you lose weight and improve your strength.



The second thing that you can do is actually get onto a snowboard or snow ski
and enjoy yourself. You don’t necessarily need to have a partner to snowboard
down a hill, but you do need to wear a snowboard helmet (and a proper pair of
snowshoes) and if you are going off-piste, a snowboard, and snowshoes are
absolutely mandatory. If you have any doubt about whether or not you are fit to
participate, you should consult with a Physiotherapist who can advise you on the
best form to take, as well as which equipment is suitable for you. Remember,
it’s perfectly acceptable to wear protective shorts, but remember that they must
be flame resistant to prevent damage to you and to others.

attracts people to visit and stay at the destination, otherwise the area is not
going to draw people in substantial numbers. There are many ways of providing
something unique and attractive to the visitors.



There are several ways in which a tourist destination can attract visitors to
visit and stay there, and many ways through which it can disappoint them. So,
