CIENCE and Customer, desiring to be legally bound, agree to amend the SOW as follows: 1. Due to the extension of the service term for an additional complimentary period following the original end of the term, the original Service Term (1.b.) of the SOW shall be replaced with Amended Service Term: The initial term of this SOW shall be four (4) months from the Service Start Date that will be extended for forty (40) days at no cost, between 08/07/2022 and 09/15/2022 (the “Initial Term”). The Parties may agree, in writing, to extend the term of the SOW, with such extension period(s) to be mutually agreed upon in writing (a Regular Term“). Notice of a party’s desire to renew shall be provided at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the initial term. The Initial Term together with all Regular Terms shall be referred to collectively as the “Service Term”. In the event a party desires to renew for an additional 12-month term (a “Regular Term”) it must provide written notice of its request for an extension no later than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or of the current Regular Term. 2. The applicability and effective date of Amended Service Term shall be retroactive to the SOW Effective Date. 3. Unless otherwise specifically amended or addressed in this Amendment, the terms of the SOW and Master Services Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Gray Analytics CIENCE Technologies Inc.
