WELCOME TO OUR DATA MANAGEMENT CENTRE

This module acts as both a repository of the papers for approaching meetings
(Agendas etc), and as a library of documents from previous meetings (Minutes
etc).

Uploading them on here avoids you having to search for past emails, which may or
may not have reached you, etc.

Your username and password are specific to the committee(s) on which you sit, so
you can see other committees exist, and indeed have met, but you cannot access
their papers.

There is a useful and very atomised search function and also various other
sections, which contain useful standing date etc.

If you lose/forget your Username or password, then there is the usual type of
regeneration utility built into the login screen.

In closing, you might be interested to know that this module was developed
specifically for City Liveries and Guilds by SDS Group, an excellent software
and digital archiving company, and was first drawn to our attention by our
