United States of America

Covid-19 Risk Level • Moderate

The US has had the highest recorded case and fatality figures in the world since
the pandemic began. All states and territories began reopening in mid-2020 at
widely varying paces, before reimposing restrictions briefly at the end of 2020,
then moving to permanently lift remaining measures and implement vaccination
campaigns from 2021. Inbound air travellers and cruise ship passenger no longer
need to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) continues to recommend all
