BOOKING DATA IMPORT

The origin of the HRS Pay automation, is a booking order coming from the
corporate booking tool.


PAYMENT AUTOMATION

A virtual credit card is generated and associated with the booking. After
checkout, the card will be automatically charged by hotel.


INVOICE AUTOMATION

The invoice is first collected by HRS. Then, our AI takes care of reconciliation
and audit, asking hotels new invoices when irregularities are spotted. The
result is compliant invoice data stored in our Invoice Cloud.


DATA INTEGRATION

After invoice correction, compliant invoice data can be used to enrich the
financial statements, automatically submitted for VAT reclaim, and synced with
the corporate procurement data.

level 4 – sustainability data

Our sustainability data is another step towards net-zero travel. It helps you
measure the carbon footprint impact of your travel program and operations. We
calculate a hotel sustainability score as well as a CO2 emission calculation for
any invoice line item related to the in-destination spend.

level 3 – invoice data

Our invoice data add a granular layer of transparency to your spend, which is
key for analysis and tax compliance. Data is generated by extracting supplier
tax information and transaction itemization, which includes service categories,
net amounts, and tax amounts per line items.

level 2 – booking data

Booking data helps connecting the dots with your travel program, as it
integrates the spend data with more information about the hotel, the traveler
and any additional custom field like cost center or project ID.

level 1 – transaction data

Transactions data are the base of everything, from each virtual transaction are
extrapolated basic payment information such as payment date, merchant name and
gross total.
