ACCESSIBILITY

Exhibit

The entrance, lobby and gallery are all on the same floor with no barriers. The
venue is wheelchair accessible and has no barriers to entry for anyone using
mobility aids.

Bathrooms

The bathrooms are located next to the retail store to the right of the gallery
exit. There is one accessible stall in each bathroom.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted, but please be advised that the volume and visuals
may be uncomfortable for animals. For non-traditional service animals please
contact us.

Sensory Advisory

This exhibit contains bright lights that may cause discomfort for people with
photosensitivity. Viewer discretion is advised. Part of the immersive experience
is the music, which can at times be loud. This may cause discomfort for people
with sensitive hearing. Earplugs are available upon request. If you need to
leave the gallery, you are welcome to re-enter through the lobby after taking a
break.

Seating & Mobility Aids

Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted. We have five first-come,
first-serve wheelchairs on-site for those who need them, and a number of folding
chairs that can be brought into the exhibit for folks who have a hard time
standing for extended periods of time.

Support Persons

Patrons supporting persons with disabilities receive free admission to the
exhibit and do not require a ticket for entry. At no time will a patron with a
disability who is accompanied by a support person be prevented from having
access to his or her support person while on the exhibit premises.


COVID-19

Mask Policy

Masks are required over your nose and mouth for the entirety of your visit,
regardless of your vaccination status.

COVID-19 Update

Safety is our number one priority for all guests attending Immersive Van Gogh
Cleveland. With over 170,000 visitors in Toronto during COVID-19, and zero
reported cases associated with the exhibition since opening, we’re proud to be
operating an experience where it is safe to GOGH.

Masks are required over your nose and mouth for the entirety of your visit,
regardless of your vaccination status.

To ensure your safety, and based on guidance from the CDC and other government
agencies, our walk-in exhibition will operate with enhanced safety measures
including:

• Reduced capacity in line with state guidelines, to ensure all guests have
enough space to safely enjoy the experience 

• Touchless hand sanitization stations placed throughout the venue 

• Plexiglass barriers at all payment locations

• Contactless payment encouraged throughout the venue

• Face coverings required for all staff and guests

• Floor markings throughout the venue to assist in six-foot social distancing
limit

• Social distancing circles projected throughout the entire exhibition gallery
space

• Enhanced, regular cleaning throughout the day on each floor

• Contact tracing for all staff and guests

We will continue to closely monitor the situation daily, and adjust our safety
measures accordingly.

About Immersive Van Gogh Cleveland

From creators of the blockbuster show in Paris seen by over 2 million visitors
and still wowing crowds in Toronto, the premiere of the Immersive Van Gogh
Exhibit will bring the art of Vincent to life in Cleveland.

Experience art like never before – lose yourself in 300,000 cubic feet of
flawless projections animating Vincent van Gogh’s oeuvre. Wander through
entrancing, moving images that highlight brushstrokes, detail, and color – truly
illuminating the mind of the genius.

You will be immersed in Van Gogh’s works – from his sunny landscapes and night
scenes to his portraits and still life paintings. The installation includes the
Mangeurs de pommes de terre (The Potato Eaters, 1885), the Nuit étoilée (Starry
Night, 1889), Les Tournesols (Sunflowers, 1888), and La Chambre à coucher (The
Bedroom, 1889), and so much more.

Experience the organic landscapes of Van Gogh’s imagination, and journey through
his brilliance and madness.

Astonishing in scale and breathtakingly imaginative, you will experience Van
Gogh’s art in a completely new and unforgettable way.

The exhibit is designed and conceived by Massimiliano Siccardi, with soundtrack
by Luca Longobardi, both of whom pioneered immersive digital art experiences in
France.
This exhibition contains sequences of bright flashing lights which may affect
visitors who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy, as well as others who
are sensitive to moving lights. Viewer discretion is advised.

Location & Parking

LOCATION

The original Immersive Van Gogh will be coming to Lighthouse Artspace Cleveland
at 850 E 72nd Street, Lighthouse Artspace will be transformed into an
unforgettable art experience where the art of Vincent van Gogh will come to life
around you.

Renowned for transforming venues into unforgettable art experiences, the
Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit strives to highlight the unique architecture of its
spaces while integrating influences from its history and community. Get ready to
be transported the second you step inside.

PARKING

We are happy to offer onsite parking for $5. Tickets will be given at the
parking entrance for validation by the box office.

Accessible parking is available onsite next to our main entrance.

Prohibited and Permissible Personal Items

We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings
at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or
leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection.

Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the exhibit.

I have not received my tickets

If you have purchased tickets to Immersive Van Gogh directly through our
website, but have not yet received your tickets, you can use the ticket resend
tool.

If the ticket resend tool was not able to find your order, your original order
email may have a typo in it. Please contact the box office to have this
rectified.

Please check your spam/junk folder before contacting the box office.

I want to upgrade/downgrade

Please contact us to upgrade your tickets prior to arrival.

Unfortunately, we cannot downgrade tickets and we don’t know why you would want
to!



I want to change the name on my tickets

The name on your tickets is for buyer and COVID tracing info only and thus there
is no change of name required on tickets.

Anyone who has access to the tickets can use them. The buyer is responsible for
tracking COVID-19 information within their party.

I need to reschedule

To reschedule your tickets, please visit our Change Of Date Request page.

Dates and tickets are subject to availability. Requests must be made a minimum
of 24 hours prior to your scheduled attendance time.

Please note there is a $4.99 rescheduling fee per FLEX ticket, and a $9.99
rescheduling fee per Timed ticket.

Last-minute Change of Date requests will not be honored. In exceptional
circumstances, a $9.99 fee will be applied for requests submitted less than 24
hours from your scheduled time slot.

Peak times are generally Thursday and Friday after 5 PM, all day Saturday, and
Sunday until 7 PM.

Off-Peak times are generally all day Tuesday and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
before 5 PM, and Sunday after 7 PM.

Prime times are generally Friday at 7 PM, Saturday at 2 PM and 3 PM, and Sunday
at 2 PM.

FLEX vs. Timed

FLEX tickets allow a greater arrival window of two hours before up to two hours
after your start time, subject to Exhibit Hours



Please note that doors close 20 minutes into the start of the last time slot.

CHANGE OF DATE REQUESTS FOR FLEX TICKETS

All change of dates must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled attendance, for a
fee of $4.99 per ticket, and are subject to availability. We reserve the right
not to process any late change of date requests, as well as charge for late
requests with a fee up to $9.99 per ticket.

Timed tickets have a strict arrival window of 20 minutes within your scheduled
attendance start time.

Timed tickets may request a change of date at least 24 hours prior to scheduled
