You know, I kind of stumbled into recruiting and I do think that my background studying psychology, does help me better understand people. Which is a valuable skill as a recruiter, and as an interviewer. I do think I could have ended up in this career with any number of different majors coming out of undergrad. So, for me personally, I don't know that I use my formal education in my day-to-day work, but I think it definitely informs the things that I'm interested in and really that's all about people. It's a very communal approach that we take to the business so that we're always constantly supporting each other. And we're really trying to find ways to acknowledge and salute all the little things that we do. It doesn't take much to recognize someone and we really strive to make sure that people are thanked, and appreciated throughout the whole organization. And it really comes from up top from, Ed and Lauren, that they appreciate everyone and they will thank you. And, that transitions all the way through the stores and distribution centers.
