GROUND SHIPMENTS

Ground shipments weighing 150 pounds or less:
UPS Ground: All Inbound collect, small parcel shipment should be routed via
collect billing with the account number notated on the purchase order.

Ground shipments over 150 pounds and under 10,000 pounds:
For ground shipments over 150 pounds and under 10,000 pounds and under 20 linear
feet, or packages exceeding the UPS weight and dimensional guidelines, click on
link below for routing guide.

IB and DS LTL Routing Guide (XLS) Updated 10/3/2022 (Read only) Click on link to
pull up second window with guide or right click to save. NOTE: The file can be
downloaded using Google Chrome 35.0 or higher, Safari 6.0 or higher or Firefox
28.0.

All LTL shipments being shipped to non-Wesco Distribution, Inc facility to be
marked 3rd Party on BOL and bill to Wesco Distribution, Inc as noted in above
routing guide matrix. All LTL shipments being shipped inbound to a Wesco
Distribution, Inc. facility to be marked COLLECT on BOL and billed to the Wesco
Distribution, Inc facility receiving goods.




AIR SHIPMENTS

Air shipments under 150 pounds:
UPS Air (Parcel) - UPS Next Day Air Saver unless authorized on PO. Call (800)
742-5877.

Air shipments over 150 pounds:
FedEx Express Freight (Heavyweight Air). Call (800) 332-0807.

If FedEx Express Freight cannot meet the requirements, please contact the US
Transportation team at ustransportation@wescodist.com




TRUCKLOAD AND FLATBED SHIPMENTS

The following requires a truckload or flatbed:
All shipments that are over 10,000 pounds and/or take up more than 10 pallet
spaces and/or 20 linear feet, should be shipped via truckload.

All shipments that have a single reel weighing 4,000 pounds or more should be
shipped via flatbed.

For all truckload and flatbed shipments please use Ryder Logistics to arrange
the truck by logging into their portal: Ryder Portal If you do not have login
credentials, please contact the Ryder team at Mercurygate@ryder.com. Step by
step process for entering your load can be found attached.
