UPCOMING MEETING EVENTS

  We will kick off our September 18 meeting with Seniors vs Crime program.  We
are working on our October 16th program, however keep October 21 open on your
calendar.  That is the Walk to End Alzheimer's  in Daytona Beach.  Join our
Chapter 2247 as we support a cause near to our chapter's heart.  November 20th
is our Health Benefit update.  Hopefully we will have many representatives from
the FEHB to give us the latest news.  Stayed tuned for our updates on these
programs.

 WELCOME TO NARFE CHAPTER 2247


ORMOND BEACH, FLORIDA

 



Volusia County's Seniors vs Crime Unit will be our speaker for fall kick-off
meeting on September 18th, 2023 luncheon meeting.  This is a special project of
the Florida Attorney General's Office.  They work to reduce the victimization of
citizens who are targeted for specific crimes or scams based on their age...you
don't have to be a senior!

As always the meeting is free, but you may lunch at your own cost. Houligan's is
located at 1643 US 1, Ormond Beach, at I-95 and US 1, next to Love's gas
station.

  We look forward to SEEING and MEETING with our members and new friends. 

 

  Our normal schedule:

Members and friends of NARFE are always welcome to attend our meetings.  Our
normal general members meeting is the 3rd Monday of every month, September -
May, at 11:30 a.m.  Our meeting location is at Houligan's, 1643 U.S. 1, Ormond
Beach FL 32174.  Houligan's is located at I-95 and U.S. 1, next to Love's gas
station.   

We love snowbirds, newcomers and spouses/friends. Join us!  

There are no chapter meetings in June, July and August.  See our event schedule
for the exciting summer social activities.
