THE HEART OF HEALING 

 

You feel blocked, stuck or overwhelmed and you're looking for relief: to feel
better and to have the energetic support you need to create change.

Perhaps you are facing illness, cancer, loss or radical change: there is no
better time for healing support. Facing a major life challenge, your old life is
disrupted and in the unknown, you may feel swamped by multiple emotions,
anxiety, and pain. Your heart needs nurturing support now more than ever to
navigate the challenge.

As a healing guide and coach, I offer guided experiential sessions that bring
healing, inspiration, and resources to support your journey.  I'll assist you in
hearing the wisdom of your body - your own guidance system - and together we'll
find your own "personal medicine": the inner resources that nurture and ground
you and that will offer you relief.

My work is a unique somatic coaching method I've developed over many years, that
integrates my training in energy medicine, hypnotherapy, imaginal medicine, and
depth psychology coaching methods.  As we work, I read and track your
multi-dimensional energy consciousness to guide you in the process of healing
that best fits your unique life experience.

You will experience tangible relief and healing in each session. We'll access
the perfect resources to help you get through to the other side and empower your
progression onto solid ground. This is the magic of healing work: your energy
will shift, and you will feel tangibly better.  It is my joy to offer a pathway
to the authentic wisdom and beauty of your heart.
