 * Iā€™m applying to 100ā€™s of positions and I never hear back from anyone.
   
   
   Your resume is your personal advertisement. Like any ad, the resume must
   quickly identify you as the solution to the companyā€™s problem using a
   combination of formatting and content. Using my experience as a hiring
   manager in non-traditional nurse roles for many years, Iā€™ve perfected methods
   to emphasize you as key talent to finally get the attention you deserve. I
   offer a range of tools and services from a DIY approach to a full service
   done-for-you resume package.
   
   

 * All the remote positions I find have 100+ applicants and low pay.
   
   
   Many clients I work with unintentionally limit their remote nurse job search
   using generic search terms like ā€œremote nurseā€. This often results in stale,
   clinical-focused positions. Learn the expansive opportunities for nurses
   while refining your interests and experiences using unique search terms and
   methodologies to explore and find fresh opportunities with a wide range of
   compensation packages.
   
   

 * I have very little nursing experience so Iā€™m probably not qualified for a
   remote position.
   
   
   Having less than a year or two experience can limit some remote
   opportunities; however, in many cases, Iā€™ve helped clients utilize a blend of
   nursing and non-nursing experiences to identify unique opportunities for
   non-traditional nursing positions.
   
   

 * I am a [clinical specialty] nurse; I have no idea what remote role I would
   qualify for.
   
   
   When exploring remote and non-traditional opportunities, your clinical
   specialty is important, but itā€™s often not the leading or limiting factor in
   identifying the right roles for you. My unique approach prioritizes the
   duties you love the most about nursing (i.e. patient care, education,
   research, problem-solving, etc.), then we can further refine based on your

 * I need to make a specific salary.
   
   
   A common myth is that any remote position will pay less than bedside. There
   is a wide range of pay within the vast opportunities that exist, some being
   more than traditional bedside salaries. Because this is such an important
   part of any decision to change jobs, we discuss this as part of my coaching
   to ensure this is considered when setting your goals, search strategies,
   interviewing prep and negotiations.
   
   

 * I've already paid for a resume template / revision and I'm still not hearing
   back.
   
   
   Unfortunately, I hear this quite a bit. Creating a strong resume in this
   field requires special expertise. As a hiring manager within the
   non-traditional and remote nursing world for years, I provide unique insight
   and methodologies that have been successful for so many clients. With a
   combination of my tools, coaching, and your dedication, we will work together

 * I have too much / too little education so I am not qualified.
   
   
   Whether you have an ADN or several grad degrees, we can work together to
   explore what job-types align with your credentials, experiences, and

   These opportunities exist but are more limited. We use the same tools and
   methods, but would strategically target your job search to identify these

   different than what we experience for clinical and bedside positions. I offer
   screening and interview preparation that incorporates my first-hand

 * I have no idea how much to ask for / negotiate.
   
   
   This can be one of the most uncomfortable conversations, but I can teach you
   how to research the expected pay range while helping you leverage your
   experience to maximize your compensation. This is included in my Interview

 * Do you help LPNs or other health professionals?
   
   
   Though most of my clients are RNs and Advanced Practice Nurses, I have
   experience assisting LPNs/LVNs, Respiratory Therapists, Rad Techs, and OT/PT
