Yoga is the way to Follow Your Bliss Welcome please check here before coming to class in case of cancellation Classes at a Glance Tuesday March 22 YMCA 10:30 - 11:30 am Wednesday March 23 Sawmill Creek 6:30 - 8:00 pm Following @ 8 pm with AYP practices - spinal breathing pranayama, deep meditation and satsang (discussion of yogic philosophy) Bring a mat & desired yoga props (blocks, strap, blanket) If you wanted to do it in the comfort of your own home, we also offer meditation guide and yoga. Classes run on the principle of Buddhist generosity. It is customary to make a donation to the teacher for time and costs. However, no one should feel they are unable to attend because of financial inability.
