CONNECTION, COMMUNITY, COMPASSION

As we show up to practice we accept ourselves as we are in the moment. Exploring
postures, we cultivate mind-body connection with inner awareness. As the lotus
grows out of the mud and blossoms towards the light, we too practice being with
the muck of our life and blossom our heart center to reveal the jewel within.
Yoga is the union with this jewel that reminds us that our true nature is always
full of light, joy and bliss. Your practice benefits you psychologically as you
connect with your true self. Your breath is your guide and the gateway to this
truth. The asana invites you to open fully for the inhale and let go fully of
the exhale. Yoga is direct participation in the intimacy of life. Yoga is your
connection to the nurturing source and is a practice of loving yourself fully.
It provides a way for you to better take care of yourself and others! It is both
therapy and home health care. Therapy for both body, mind and soul and home
health care because it can be done in the comfort og your own home. Yoga is the
way to Follow Your Bliss

Classes at a Glance


Tuesday March 22 YMCA 10:30 - 11:30 am

Wednesday March 23 Sawmill Creek 6:30 - 8:00 pm
Following @ 8 pm with AYP practices - spinal breathing pranayama, deep
meditation and satsang (discussion of yogic philosophy)

Bring a mat & desired yoga props (blocks, strap, blanket)

If you wanted to do it in the comfort of your own home, we also offer meditation
guide and yoga. 



Classes run on the principle of Buddhist generosity. It is customary to make a
donation to the teacher for time and costs. However, no one should feel they are
unable to attend because of financial inability.
Suggested Donation $7

Please arrive at least five minutes before class.
