We are a Company established in 2015, offering Full Service Custom Powder
Coating and Sheet Metal Fabrication, located in Sompura Industrial Area, near
Dobbaspet, just 24 miles west of Peenya Industrial Area, Bengaluru.

Our Factory shop Floor is 10,000 square foot offering End to End Sheet metal
processing including Powder Coating, CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Bending, Designing,
Welding and Disassembly and Reassembly.

POWDER COATING

We Powder Coat on all types of Metals for Railings, Bus-bars, Kitchen Modules,
HVAC Systems, Electrical Cabinets, Fixtures and Fittings for both industrial and
private use. Material Powder Coated also includes Galvanized Steel, Aluminum,
Mild Steel and Stainless Steel. Our Equipment list includes : 2xWagner Make PEM
X1 Powder Coating Guns and State-of-the-art Pre-Heating Oven, Coating Booths and
Cyclone Dust Collectors.

SHEET METAL FABRICATION

We possess Experienced, Highly qualified & Skilled Design Team. Our Equipment
list includes :TIG & MIG Welding Machines for M.S./S.S. & Aluminum Welding &
Fabrication.

LASER CUTTING

CNC Laser Cutting is preferred due to ease of Cutting and the Speed with which
we can cut many pieces. We can cut 14 MM M.S. 8 MM S.S. & 3 MM Aluminium &
Copper. Our Equipment list includes : Fiber laser GX Series HSG Make Laser
Machine 1.5 KW with Dual Exchange Platforms.

CNC BENDING

Quality Sheet Metal Fabrication needs to be backed by Perfect Bending
production. We are backed by a Team of Experts and offer Quality Oriented CNC
bending Services at Highly Feasible prices. Our Equipment list includes : Rajesh
Machine Tools Press Brake CNC (3+1axis) 110 Tons X 3100 MM Length.
