BRIDGE TO AVALANCHE

To reach new markets and utilize the speed and efficiency of the Avalanche
Network, the $AKITA token bridged in Dec. 2021 using Multichain.

Phase 1

AKITA NETWORK ESTABLISHES FUNDING STREAM FROM GITCOIN

An interim team made of $AKITA holders discusses new solutions with Gitcoin and
establishes a Sablier Finance stream of 10T AKITA tokens that extend into Q1
2027.

Phase 2

$HACHI TOKEN LAUNCH AND COMMUNITY CLAIM

10% of the total HACHI supply is gifted to all AKITA holders who qualified
during the snapshot in Nov 2022. Details found here.

Phase 3

AKITADAO IS ESTABLISHED

Utilizing Snapshot, members of the Akita DAO can create and vote on proposals
that have been sponsored by DAO Stewards.

Phase 4

AKITADAO GUIDED DEVELOPMENT

When a proposal has successfully passed through voting by DAO members, the Akita
DAO will enact upon it to further develop the AKITA ecosystem and build
alternative revenue streams for the DAO treasury.
