Thank you Aaron for the excellent work in processing my son's loan. Without your
knowledge of the CalHFA process the loan would have never been closed in time.
In addition, everyone we dealt with were professionals at your business. We
discovered you through your YouTube videos with Mark McDonouth. Your videos are

Jennifer and her team are all wonderful to work with!!! I had spoke to several
brokers before going with Jennifer, and most of them did not take the time to
explain everything in detail or were trying to rush the process. Jennifer took
the time to explain everything, line by line, in detail. Even after our initial
conversation, she made sure to answer all of our questions during the time we
worked with her. She was super friendly and we felt very comfortable talking to
her. The application process was simple and easy to navigate. We also worked
with Sarah, who was always on top of it and very fast at responding. Overall, we
had a great experience with New Way Mortgage. We were able to close on our house
in a short amount of time and the entire process went smoothly!! We will
continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jennifer and the team at New Way
Mortgage! I could not have had a smoother closing experience. Their knowledge,
connections, quick turnaround and attention to detail ensured that I was able to
take advantage of a super limited down payment assistance program to get the
house of my dreams with zero issues or delays. My real estate agent, who had
never worked with them before, was very impressed and stated that he will seek

This is a very long overdue review for Aaron, Jennifer and their team! Aaron
helped us with our mortgage during the very chaotic Sacramento buying frenzy in
early 2022. As first time home owners moving from the Bay Area we wanted to work
with a local broker and discovered Aaron on YouTube. Aaron and his team remain
current with daily mortgage and real estate trends which helped us find the best
solution for our unique situation. We can say with no doubt that it is due to
Aaron and Jennifer that we were able to get our offer accepted and closed! Aaron
went above and beyond (even more so than our Real Estate Agent) to address any
and all concerns that were raised during closing in a professional and timely
manner. Again, we bought at the height of the market in a very competitive
buying environment and Aaron made us feel like were his priority through the
entire process! Aaron had to pass our file to Jennifer at one point as he was
out of the office for approximately a week The transition and work with Jennifer
