WEBINAR

PROTEIN THERAPEUTICS: AN AUTOMATED IMAGING STRATEGY FOR ELUCIDATING PROTEIN
STABILITY

In this webinar, Dikran Khachadourian (Field Application Scientists, Halo Labs)
will discuss how the Aura PTx leverages innovative modern imaging and
fluorescence microscopy techniques to characterize protein therapy products in
stability studies. He will also highlight key applications of the platform such
as performing developability assessments for potential biologics.

MRNA CHEMICAL MODIFICATIONS FOR THERAPEUTIC APPLICATIONS

In this webinar, Dr. Chunping Xu, Senior Director of Chemistry R&D at TriLink
BioTechnologies, will provide an overview of mRNA applications in vaccine and
therapeutic development. She will also discuss mRNA cap modification, base
modification, and tail modification, their impact on protein translation and
immunogenicity, and the characterization and analysis of synthesized mRNAs.

A live Q&A session will follow the presentation, offering you a chance to pose
questions to our expert panelist.

EBOOK

EXPLORE AT THE SINGLE-CELL LEVEL: REVEAL INSIGHTS HIDDEN IN COMPLEX CELL
POPULATIONS

Next-generation sequencing (NGS) is continuously evolving. Traditional
short-read DNA sequencing has encouraged break-throughs at ever-lower costs
across the field of genomics. articles in this eBook include Arresting Cancer’s
Wild Progress…One Cell at a Time, Single Cell Type Identified as a Neuroblastoma
Target, Deciphering Adult Neural Stem Cells with Single-Cell Sequencing, and
more.

GENE THERAPY: CRITICAL QUALITY ATTRIBUTES OF VIRAL VECTOR AND LIPID NANOPARTICLE
STABILITY

In this GEN Biotechnology webinar, Dr. Bernardo Cordovez, Founder and Chief
Science Officer at Halo Labs discusses the challenges of realizing the promise
of gene therapies without using large quantities of viral vector or LNP samples
during the development process.

DELIVERY OF MRNA THERAPIES: BOB LANGER DISCUSSES PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE

In this inaugural GEN Biotechnology webinar, distinguished guest Dr. Robert
Langer, the David H. Koch Institute professor of chemical engineering at MIT and
co-founder of Moderna, discusses his early research on developing controlled
release systems for macromolecules, leading to the isolation of the first
angiogenesis inhibitors and methods for nanoparticle-based drug delivery. He
also covers the mRNA vaccine development timeline and effectiveness during the
COVID-19 pandemic.

ROUNDTABLE

DIGITIZING BIOLOGY: THE ROSWELL MOLECULAR ELECTRONICS PLATFORM FOR BIOSENSING

On January 24, 2022, scientists at Roswell Biotechnologies published an article
in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) unveiling their
molecular electronics chip – a significant technological advance that is the
first to realize a 50-year-old goal of directly integrating molecules into
circuits as functional elements, in this case as universal sensors. In this
roundtable discussion, five experts in biochemistry, molecular electronics, and
drug development evaluate the findings of the PNAS article, discuss some
immediate applications of the chip, and predict what to expect from Roswell's
advanced technology.
