ENTER THE LOCKER ROOM

GreenPark Sports has joined forces with some of the biggest sports and esports
leagues in the world. Working closely with our league partners, we've been
building a virtual world for fans since 2019. Our free-to-play mobile app,
currently invite only, is available in the US and Canada - with more to come in
the near future. And now, we've launched The Locker Room, where fans from all
over the world can collect and share GreenPark digital collectibles.

GreenPark was built by diehard fans. So connecting our fellow fans and creating
rewarding experiences for them have always been our top priorities. Enter Web3.
We're dropping non-fungible tokens that can be purchased or earned across the
GreenPark universe – on social, on Discord, and eventually within the GreenPark
Sports app.

HERE'S HOW IT ALL WORKS.


WHAT IS A GREENIE?

In GreenPark, everyone has their digital twin - their avatar - called a Greenie.
As you level up through various GreenPark activities, your collection and stats
represent your progress from ordinary to extraordinary fan.


HOW DO I GET GEAR?

There are two ways: reward and purchase. GreenPark is all about the fan
community, so we reward you for joining your friends and leveling up together
through various GreenPark games and experiences. As you ascend, you'll earn
official gear for your Greenie. Struggling to get your favorite team jersey and
want it NOW? Good news: you can purchase certain items as well.


WHERE DO NFTS COME IN?

These digital collectibles will represent limited edition gear in GreenPark, but
for now NFT collections are web only. Because NFTs are produced in limited
quantities, owning them means friends and rivals can no longer question your
fandom. This is just the beginning.


WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?

NFTs in GreenPark will unlock some of the coolest, most unique experiences in
sport, both in GreenPark and IRL. For now, we've gamified our NFTs with various
rewards systems, including ability to win IRL gear, events and airdrops. Prime
NFTs will serve as mint passes within each sport. Get them in the Market, or
earn them through community rewards in the GreenPark ecosystem.


WHAT'S AN NFT AGAIN?

In simple terms, an NFT (non-fungible token), is a digital asset (for use in a
game or elsewhere) that you own. Like any physical object in your possession, an
NFT is yours until you decide to trade or sell it. More precisely, NFTs are
minted on the blockchain – making each NFT unique, secure and authentic.


WHAT BLOCKHAIN DOES GREENPARK USE?

GreenPark NFTs are traded on the Immutable X protocol, an open, carbon neutral,
decentralized ecosystem secured by Ethereum.

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT GAS FEES AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS?

We're partnered with Immutable X, where there are zero gas fees for peer to peer
trading. And as stated before, any NFT that's created or traded on Immutable X
is 100% carbon neutral. Fans care about the environment, and we do too!


IS GREENPARK GOING TO HAVE ITS OWN TOKEN?

Short answer? Yes. In March 2022, GreenPark Sports completed its first token
round led by Galaxy, Republic Crypto and Alameda Research. We're working closely
with Republic Advisory on the new token, which will be unveiled later in 2022.
GreenPark plans to reward engaged community members with the token, which will
serve as an accelerator to the ecosystem.

   In early 2021, we launched V1 of our vision for a completely reimagined fan
   experience in the metaverse. Currently, our free to play mobile app lays the
   groundwork for an exciting future world that can make every day game day by
   allowing social fans to compete, connect and collect. We've learned a ton
   from this first phase and are now working on a V2 that will begin to enable
   exciting new social features and blockchain / NFT integrations. To get a

   Relics representing the four timeless virtues of sport, known to the ancients
   as DRIVE, HEART, MIND and POWER, have been rediscovered after being cast into
   darkness thousands of years ago. Forged from these relics, the GreenPark
   Virtues NFT Collection bestows those who own them with mystical energy,
   instantly elevating their fandom to the realm of the Gods. Today, the
   GreenPark Virtues are rare artifacts - powerful helmets, armor and kicks - to
   be collected and revered. With our upcoming V2 launch, these coveted pieces

   In partnership with some of the largest leagues on this planet - the first of
   the “League Collection” launches, allowing the acquisition of rare NFT
   collectibles from the world's most celebrated teams and pro athletes.
   GreenPark recently announced our LaLiga Matchday Jersey collection, and this
   is just the start! You can now channel the power of your favorite teams and
   athletes and show the world you're the #1 fan.
   
   GreenPark is planning a follow-up drop with early access minting
   opportunities available only to those who already possess a GreenPark NFT.
   You don't want to miss out on some of our earliest upgrades and rare items.

   GreenPark's initial token raise was announced in early March, with Galaxy
   Interactive, Republic Crypto and Alameda Research as leads. GreenPark intends
   to distribute tokens to some of its most valued collectors in the near
   future, and begin to work on integration within the ecosystem.


 * FANDOM BEYOND
   
   The power of GreenPark NFTs will eventually unlock exclusive real-world
   rewards and real-life fan experiences. We're hard at work planning surprising
   new ways to celebrate and reward our fan community – such as giving you the
