NSL ACADEMY


EXPERIENCED INSTRUCTORS

The NSL Academy Instructors are not only specialists in their fields, but they
also have years of experience in rigging, crane and mechanical related
operations.

To ensure the quality and consistency of our courses, Academy Instructors
complete rigorous in-house training and are assessed on an on-going basis for
each individual course to ensure they are competent to deliver to the high NSL
standard.

In addition, all Academy Instructors are SQA approved skills assessors






TECHNICAL REVIEW AND AUDIT

Our highly skilled lifting engineers and instructors can perform technical
reviews or audits on your lifting operations to identify potential weaknesses or
problems.

We will then make recommendations to enable issues to be addressed and assist
with improvement to systems and processes.

Furthermore, NSL can help you resolve such issues by supplying a host of support
services as follows:

 * On-the-job training, Coaching & Mentoring
 * Provision of bespoke training courses
 * Workplace competence assessment


PURPOSE BUILT TRAINING CENTRE

Operating and delivering at our advanced and ultra-modern training environment
in Aberdeen, using our 3-storey rigging and lifting frame, we can simulate both
offshore platform and multi-floor construction work sites.

We also offer training in Houston, USA via partner facilities.






ONSITE TRAINING


TRAINING DELIVERED IN FAMILIAR SETTINGS

On-site training at client sites has the benefit of developing individuals in a
familiar environment using a plant and equipment which the delegates know and
understand. This gives real world "on the job" experience and knowledge in a
cost effective and confidence raising manner.
