   ADAI has the capacity create and translate the data collection survey
   instruments into more than a dozen languages. We also have the capacity to
   perform the statistical analyses and compile all the tables, crosstabs, and
   graphics to create the report.

   response, directory assistance, and general support. Our success is
   attributed to our methodology of thorough customer service training and

   In our effort to proactively address the country-wide vital public health
   strategy to slow and stop the spread of COVID-19, ADAI call center management
   team is equipped in the knowledge of contact tracing programs and measuring
   and maximizing indicators and tools to project impact.

   COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND PUBLIC RELATIONS
   
    
   
   ADAI, through its decades of sponsorship of the Anacostia Coordinating
   Council (ACC), has provided community support and public relations services.
   ACC is a 35+ year-old, volunteer membership consortium of organizations and
   individuals that are involved with the revitalization of Anacostia and its
   adjacent neighborhoods. Most members represent community organizations.
   Founded in 1983 to organize community support for getting the Anacostia Metro
   Station built, the ACC has expanded to address a large amount of issues that
   face the community.
   
    
   
   ADAI's task is to provide information gathering and sharing, networking,
   advocacy and community organizing for the ACC.
