Use the generative AI features in Acrobat and Acrobat Reader to quickly scan
through lengthy, complex PDF content and get answers or generate a summary.

Acrobat's generative AI features are currently in beta
AI Assistant and Generative summary are available for testing and feedback.




OVERVIEW OF GENERATIVE AI FEATURES

Note:

Generative AI in Acrobat and Acrobat Reader currently supports English only with
the app language set to English. Review Adobe's Generative AI user guidelines to

The revolutionary AI-powered features in Acrobat and Acrobat Reader
significantly improve the comprehension of lengthy PDF content while saving
considerable time required to read the content.



The AI Assistant feature quickly gets answers to your questions based on the PDF
content in a comprehensive and informative way. It links to the text and data
table sources within the document. It also suggests follow-up questions for you

The Generative summary feature automatically provides an outline with headings
and summaries to highlight key points in the document. The feature generates key
insights that help you easily comprehend the PDF content. For a speedier
response, it processes PDF content in chunks and simultaneously streams

Note:

You can also convert documents in other formats (for example PPT, .docx, and so
on) to PDF and get started with the generative AI features.
