The Western Region Symposium is all about connecting individuals who work in hospitals, health plans, physician practices and others in healthcare settings by creating an environment to educate, connect and motivate! ON-SITE SAFETY MEASURES Your wellbeing is our number one priority and we are dedicated to ensuring attendees can do business in a safe environment. *Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID test taken 72 hours prior to arrival* * Meeting Space – All meeting rooms will be set-up to allow for extra space at conference tables. * Masks – At this time, masks are required to be worn by all attendees, regardless of vaccination status, inside the meeting space and all common areas of the Paris Hotel and Casino. Disposable masks will be available on-site for those that need them, but we ask that you bring your own masks with you to the event. * Hand Sanitizer Stations – Sanitizer stations will be available throughout the meeting space. * Cleaning and Sanitizing – All meeting areas will be cleaned and sanitized during the event.
