Some common examples of unethical, illegal, or unsafe activity include:

 * Cybersecurity concern
 * Ethics violations
 * Fraud
 * Racial Intolerance
 * Theft
 * Use or sale of illegal drugs
 * Vandalism

If you believe you have been discriminated against, please call the office of
Compliance and Investigations at 502-485-3341, and you will be assisted with the
process to file your complaint.

concerns by contacting us.

We do not track users of the hotline service. You can choose to provide your
name or remain anonymous. However, based on the nature of the reported incident
(i.e., Bullying or Harassment, Cybersecurity Concern, Discrimination, Racial
Intolerance, and Sexual Harassment), you may be required to provide your contact
information. If you remain anonymous, the Jefferson County Public Schools will
not be able to reach you other than through this site and may not be able to
fully investigate your concerns. Be informed that your identity may become known
based on information you provide.

Retaliation of any kind against anyone who reports a concern is a violation of
JCPS’s principles and will not be tolerated.


FILE A REPORT

For all student-related concerns, it is recommended that you communicate with
the school principal before submitting a report. If you have communicated with
the school principal and your concerns have not been resolved, then proceed with
filing a report.
