I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY BOOK AT ALL

I am not happy with my book at all. The quality of the pictures is very poor.
They are blurry and you have cut off the heads of the subjects as well as
including 2-3 lousy pictures of the same. Why would you put in the same
pictures?? I selected different pictures. I want my money back. I will go
elsewhere to get my book of pictures.

FRUSTRATING. NO HUMANS WORK HERE TO HELP.

This issue was fixed and a refund given. But make sure you order what you want
the first time, as the process is very automated! Original review: None of my
emails about a problem with a double payment are being returned. All auto
responses. Chat is a robot. Emails are auto responses. Messenger is auto
response. They sent an auto email that said my book was being cancelled. I
didn’t get a confirmation email for my firs order so I reordered. I need to talk
to a real human about charging twice. I am very frustrated. This is an automated
process with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

NEED TECHNICAL SUPPORT FROM A HUMAN BEING

I have ordered 4 books from resnap in the past, at $100 a shot, that i was very
satisfied with. However, i have literally spent a week working on my next album
and i keep getting an "oops error" when trying to uoload the album so i can
finish it. I can not contact any type of human being to help me with these
technical issues. I haved tried for days. If i have to delete this album and
start from scratch i am going to be royally pissed off. I work for the largest
logistic company in the world. I do not have a problem sharing my experience
with every single person I deliver to....if this problem is not corrected
immediately.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY DELIVERY. THE MISTAKE HAS BEEN CORRECTED

I am still waiting for my delivery. Track and trace does not work. The Chat bot
is not helpful at all. Customer service response nihil. And for Christmas I
don’t have a present for my mother. The book already is payed in full.
Not satisfied
After this comment, customer service reacted immediately. Something had been
going wrong indeed. I got a new shipment. My foto book arrived within a week.
And the quality is great!
Once you get into contact with real people the service is perfect!

PHOTO BOOK FINALLY RECEIVED

My photo book finally arrived 7 weeks after ordering. I became frustrated with
the not helpful robot responses to my complaints. Delivery was to be 12 business
days. The company should tell customers that delivery time is longer. The book
itself is very nice. I give three stars because of the bad tracking & not
helpful customer support.













They respond to complaints with the same Robo-reply.

I HAVE ORDERED MANY BOOKS IN THE PAST

I have ordered many books in the past. The last one ordered never made it. I
contacted them and it was next to impossible to talk or email with anyone.
However, this last one has been an awful experience. No shipment tracking
information. They said they reprinted the book and shipped. Same thing. Got
ANOTHER shipment notification with no working link this am. I have sent MULTIPLE
responses and have gotten a different answer everytime. This is now a SHAM.
company. Stay away. Something has gone wrong. I am very angry and dissatisfied.
I am being lied to.

BEWARE! These are all FAKE reviews. They take your money but there is no book.
When one does not show up, they promise to make and send you a new book. They
tell everybody the same thing. They should be investigated. I bought my book on

DELIVERY NIGHTMARE!

I have ordered numerous books over the past few years and have been very
pleased. Delivery has always been timely. However, it appears I’ve fallen into
the nightmare many others are reporting on here! They have LOTS of my money, and
I have nothing but promises of shipments and reshipments. Keeping my fingers
crossed finally get them because I put many hours (not to mention the $) into
creating the three books I’m waiting on.

TOTALLY UNSATISFIED BECAUSE I ORDERED A…

Totally unsatisfied because I ordered a photo book for my mum as a mother's day
gift and I have sent an email to the team a week or two after mother's day,
informing them that she did not receive it. I got an email from the team saying
that they will send another one as a replacement. I have contacted her this
morning (27/5/2021) and she is still waiting. I do not understand why she is
still not in possession of this photo book.

I SPENT $90 ON THIS BOOK

I spent $90 on this book. When it arrived in the mail, I opened it with
excitement and just the cover to begin with was disappointing. The cover was
blurry and the picture used had my head cut off the cover. Many blank pages
without photos. And many blurry or very grainy photos. I know Facebook pics
aren’t always the best, but I feel like the quality of this book is not what it
should be for the price.
