CARLOS ABRAMS-RIVERA

Carlos Abrams-Rivera, who’s served as President of Kraft Heinz since August
2023, has come full circle in his career. He spent his early professional years
at Kraft Foods Group, Inc., before moving on to a broad, diverse range of
leadership roles at other global Consumer Goods companies. Carlos has a strong
track record of growing businesses with a consumer-obsessed focus – and food has
played a delicious role.

Carlos has served as President of Kraft Heinz since August 2023, and has been
named by the Kraft Heinz Board of Directors to become Chief Executive Officer
and a member of the Board, effective at the beginning of the Company’s 2024
fiscal year. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and President,
North America Zone from December 2021 to August 2023 and as U.S. Zone President
from February 2020 to December 2021. He continues to be responsible for leading
all operations for North America, the Company’s largest zone.

Carlos brings extensive experience within the United States and emerging markets
to his new role as Kraft Heinz President. He believes in leaning into agility,
disruptive innovation, and growth-driving partnerships. But his No. 1 focus is
people. Carlos is an open, empowering, and purpose-driven leader – and that
shapes how he’s built trust and relationships with his own teams, customers, and
other stakeholders.

Before joining Kraft Heinz, Carlos worked at Campbell Soup Company, where he
served as Executive Vice President and President, Campbell Snacks from May 2019
to February 2020; Senior Vice President and President, Campbell Snacks from
April 2018 to May 2019; and President, Campbell Snacks from March to April 2018;
and as President, Pepperidge Farm from 2015 to March 2018.

Before joining Campbell, Carlos held key leadership roles at Mondelēz
International, Inc. He served as President, Gum and Candy – Latin America from
January to August 2015; as President, Mondelēz Mexico from 2013 to 2015; as
Senior Vice President, Global Beverages from January to September 2013; and as
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategy from 2011 to 2013.

Carlos held a wide range of positions at Kraft Foods Group from 1998 to 2010.

Carlos earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Carnegie Mellon University
as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of
Business.

A native of Puerto Rico, Carlos is a passionate believer in The Kraft Heinz
Company’s Value We demand diversity. Immensely proud of his heritage, he’s held
council and board positions in the community. These include co-leading the Kraft
Foods National Latino Council and serving on the Corporate Board of Advisors of
the National Council of La Raza, one of the largest Latino advocacy
organizations in the United States.

LAURA ALBER

A driving force in the growth of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Laura Alber has served
as the company's president and chief executive officer, as well as a member of
its Board of Directors since 2010.

During her tenure, Alber has held various leadership roles, executing effective
growth strategies, driving ecommerce, strengthening brand recognition, and
bolstering profits for the company's portfolio of multi-channel brands. Alber
has spearheaded WSI's innovation and expansion into new markets, including the
introduction of Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, West Elm, Mark & Graham
and Rejuvenation, and most recently, new growth opportunities such as
Business-to-Business and Marketplace.

Alber believes that WSI's three key differentiators of in-house design,
digital-first channel strategy and values, combined with its relentless focus on
the customer, are core to fulfilling the company's vision to own the home.

"Our customers love their homes, and we have a singular focus on helping make
them a reflection of who they are," says Alber. This commitment is evident
across all WSI brands and Alber believes each brand's unique design aesthetic
and price-point differentiation enable the company to address a broad spectrum
of customers' personal styles, needs and life stages.

Through her leadership, Alber also fosters a strong values-based culture, which
she believes is fundamental to sustained growth and outperformance.

Alber currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the University of
Pennsylvania, and as an advisor to Plexo Capital, an institutional investor
formed inside GV (formally Google Ventures) that invests into seed stage VCs
(led by women and underrepresented minorities) and technology startups.

She received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

ESI EGGLESTON BRACEY

Esi Eggleston Bracey is a transformational beauty leader with decades of
executive experience in the CPG and beauty industries where she has created
meaningful business impact through purpose driven leadership and initiatives.
Esi is President of Unilever’s US business and oversees Unilever’s Personal Care
portfolio in North America, which includes iconic brands such as Dove, Degree,
and Axe among others.

Esi previously served as EVP and COO of the Beauty and Personal Care business in
North America where she leads the $5B Beauty & Personal Care portfolio for
Unilever North America which included responsibility for the Hair, Skin
Cleansing, Skin Care and Deodorant businesses with iconic brands like Dove,
TRESemmé, Suave, Vaseline, Degree, Axe, and Shea Moisture. A believer that
business can be a force for good, Esi led efforts to make Unilever the company
that makes the most impact on people, communities, and the planet. These efforts
include Dove’s founding of the CROWN (Creating and Respectful and Open World for
Natural Hair) Coalition to help foster beauty inclusivity and to eradicate hair
discrimination through support of the CROWN Act legislation and champion for
Shea Moisture’s work with the New Voices Fund for Women of Color Entrepreneurs.
She led these brands and her team powerfully through the COVID pandemic,
unlocking unprecedented growth (record H1 performance) and marketplace impact
and continues to lead these efforts.

Prior to joining Unilever, Esi spent more than 15 years as a leader in the
dynamic global cosmetics industry. She held the position of President of Coty’s
Global Consumer Beauty Division and Senior Vice President of Procter & Gamble’s
Global Cosmetics leading a portfolio of flagship international make-up brands
including COVERGIRL, Max Factor, Sally Hansen, Rimmel London, Bourjois, and
more.

An energetic and dynamic leader known for creativity and out-of-the-box
thinking, she is consistently recognized for her ability to guide organizations
through brand-building excellence, agility, and operational discipline in light
of competitive pressure and a rapidly evolving marketplace. Earlier in her
career she led COVERGIRL’s pioneering work to diversify the face of beauty with
disruptive ‘real beauty’ talent such as Queen Latifah, Pink, Ellen, and Janelle
Monae. Outside of work, Esi has co-founded CauseWeCare to help keep our
communities safe in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Esi has been recognized with numerous awards including Ad Color Legend Award, BE
Powerful Women in Business, Ebony Power 100, BET Butterfly Award, Cosmetics
Executive Women Achievers Awards, Advertising Age Women to Watch, Women Wear
Daily Marketer of the Year, and many more.

A native of Chicago, Illinois, Esi graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover,
New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering Sciences. Esi is married to
her husband Des for 17 years and has two children (17-year-old daughter, Anura,
and 13-year-old son Benoit). She currently lives with her family in New York
City.

BRIAN CORNELL

As chair and CEO, Brian Cornell heads the dynamic global team behind Target, a
leading omnichannel growth company in American retail. Based in Minneapolis,
Target has nearly 2,000 stores covering all 50 American states, a headquarters
location in India and global supply chain and sourcing offices. Together,
Target’s purpose-driven team of more than 400,000 works daily to help all
families discover the joy of everyday life.

Brian joined Target in 2014 and quickly established a strategic direction that
built on the company’s strengths as a multicategory mass merchandiser with an
excellent reputation for its shopping experience, design expertise, brand
curation and brand development. Brian and team made enormous investments in
digital, data and supply chain capabilities, placing the company’s fleet of
popular stores at the center both of physical shopping and digital fulfillment,
a move that was considered counterintuitive and met with skepticism at the time.
This and the 2017 acquisition of Shipt catapulted Target into a leadership
position in same-day, store-based fulfillment services, driving the company’s
strongest growth trends in its 60-year history.

At the same time, knowing that the Target team and culture were central to
success, Brian spearheaded vast investments in wages, benefits, team training
and development, diverse and equitable representation, and a corporate culture
that helps all team members care, grow and win together.

In 2023, UCLA honored Brian with the John Wooden Global Leadership Award for
exemplifying the integrity, ethical values and leadership qualities for which
Coach Wooden was known. In 2022, Brian was named the “Visionary” by the National
Retail Federation, and Target received the top ranking on People Magazine’s 100
Companies that Care list. In recent years, CNN named Brian the Top CEO of the
Year and Target ranked second on Fortune’s Best Big Companies to Work For.

Prior to joining Target, Brian spent more than 30 years in escalating leadership
positions at leading retail and consumer-product companies. His work took him
from North America to Asia, Europe and Latin America and provided insights that
he leverages at Target today.

Brian currently serves on the National Retail Federation’s executive committee
and on The Business Council. He is the non-executive chairman of the board for
Yum! Brands, and he previously served as chairman of the Retail Industry Leaders
Association (RILA) and as a director for The Home Depot and Polaris Industries.

A career-long advocate of diversity and inclusion in corporate leadership, Brian
is a board member for Catalyst and served on the Council for the Smithsonian’s
National Museum of African American History and Culture. The Network of
Executive Women honored Brian with the William J. Grize Gender Diversity Award,
and he also received the Yale Legend in Leadership Award. Most recently, Target
received the Executive Leadership Council’s (ELC) 2022 Corporate Award for its
longstanding commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Brian earned a bachelor’s degree from UCLA in 1981 and attended the Anderson
School of Management.

AMY HOWE

Amy serves as CEO of FanDuel Group with responsibility for the strategic
direction and performance of the company’s core commercial functions across its
Sportsbook, Casino, Racing and Daily Fantasy units.

Howe joined FanDuel Group from Live Nation Entertainment where she held several
positions of increasing authority culminating as Global Chief Operating Officer
(COO) of Ticketmaster, the largest division of Live Nation Entertainment. As COO
of Ticketmaster, Howe led the digital transformation and modernization of the
company’s ticketing platform doubling its growth in gross ticketing value and
growing the mobile app install base by 400%.

Prior to Live Nation Entertainment, Howe enjoyed a distinguished career as a
Partner at McKinsey & Company in Los Angeles where she advised many Fortune 500
clients across a wide range of issues, including growth strategy,
restructuring/turnaround, organizational transformation and commercial and
operational excellence.

Howe earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the Wharton School at
the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from
Cornell University.

Amy has bi-coastal rooting interests as she is a loyal supporter of UCLA
athletics, as well as her hometown Buffalo Bills.

SANDRA DOUGLASS MORGAN

Sandra Douglass Morgan was named President of the Las Vegas Raiders by Owner
Mark Davis in July of 2022. She has more than two decades of leadership
experience in the sports, gaming, legal and corporate sectors, and has served as
a chief regulator, director, attorney, and advisor to integrated resorts,
casinos, and telecommunications companies. Having an adept understanding of the
community as a native Las Vegan, Sandra is incredibly proud to lead the Silver
and Black in her hometown.

Prior to her joining the Raiders, Sandra served as Chairwoman of the Nevada
Gaming Control Board. As the chief regulator for Nevada’s dominant
billion-dollar gaming industry, Sandra led the passage and implementation of
cashless wagering regulations, ensured that gaming licensees adopted policies
prohibiting discrimination and harassment, and led a team of 400 employees in
five cities across the state of Nevada. Sandra also served as a Commissioner on
the Nevada State Athletic Commission and was the first Black City Attorney in
the State of Nevada when she was the chief legal officer for the City of North
Las Vegas, where she served from 2008 to 2016.

Sandra was previously with Covington & Burling, LLP and served as an advisor to
the State of Nevada’s COVID-19 task force charged with finding solutions for

Widely recognized for her commitment to Nevada businesses, education, and
support for local causes, she is the recipient of the UNLV Boyd School of Law’s
Distinguished Service Alumni Award and the Corporate to Community Connector
award from the National Urban League Young Professionals. She was honored to be
included in the EBONY 2022 Power 100 List, the most influential “Women in
Business and Politics,” receiving an award from the Urban Chamber of Commerce in
2015 along with the Ladies of Distinction Award in 2013 from Olive Crest, a
non-profit organization dedicated to assisting abused and neglected children. In
2012, Sandra was named Attorney of the Year by the Las Vegas Chapter of the
National Bar Association which recognized her commitment to serving the local
community, especially communities of color.

Sandra has served on a variety of nonprofit boards and is currently the vice
chair of Super Bowl LVIII Host Committee, which will take place at Allegiant
Stadium in 2024, marking the first time Las Vegas, and the state of Nevada will
host one of the most-watched annual sporting events in the world. Additionally,
Sandra serves on the Board of Directors of Allegiant Travel Company and Fidelity
National Financial, Inc., and is on the Board of Trustees for the UNLV
Foundation. She is also a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the District of
Columbia Bar.

Sandra graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in Political
Science and holds a Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the
University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She resides in Las Vegas with her husband Don
and their two children.

JENNIFER RUMSEY

Jennifer Rumsey became Chair and CEO of Cummins Inc., a global power leader that
uniquely offers its customers a broad portfolio of power solutions that best
meet their needs and powers their businesses, including diesel, natural gas,
battery, fuel cells, electrolyzers, and related components, on August 1, 2023.

Rumsey was named President and CEO on August 1, 2022. Prior to her current role,
she was President and Chief Operating Officer, which she assumed in March 2021.
Before serving as COO, Rumsey was Vice President and President of Components
Segment, one of Cummins’ five business segments. The Components Segment consists
of five businesses: Cummins Filtration, Cummins Turbo Technologies, Cummins
Emission Solutions, Cummins Electronics and Fuel Systems and Eaton Cummins
Automated Transmission Technologies. As the President of Components, Rumsey
oversaw an organization of more than 12,000 global employees with sales of $6
billion in 2020 and customers located around the world.

Rumsey previously served as Vice President and Chief Technical Officer where she
led the global technical organization of approximately 11,000 employees
responsible for research and engineering across Cummins. Rumsey’s early career
focused on control systems and system engineering; initially at a fuel
processing and fuel cell start-up company in Cambridge, MA. In 2000, she moved
to Cummins and has worked in a variety of engineering roles across Cummins and
product life cycle areas including advanced technology development, new product
development, current product engineering and product quality.

Rumsey is passionate about building high-performing, diverse teams and has
dedicated her Cummins career to the development of others and to innovate for
customers to power their success.

Rumsey is a member of the Society of Women Engineers, Society of Automotive
Engineers, and Women in Trucking Association. She holds a Bachelor of Science in
Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science in
Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

RAJ SUBRAMANIAM

Raj Subramaniam is President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the
Board of Directors of FedEx Corporation, one of the world's largest
transportation companies. As President and CEO of FedEx Corporation, he is
responsible for providing strategic direction for the enterprise. Subramaniam is
chair of the Executive Committee, which plans and executes the corporation’s
strategic business activities. He is also chair of the FedEx Strategic
Management Committee, a select group of the company’s top leadership, which
ensures strategy alignment across the company.

Before being appointed President and CEO in June 2022, he was President and
Chief Operating Officer of FedEx Corporation. Previously, Subramaniam held
various leadership roles in operations and marketing across the FedEx
enterprise.

Subramaniam has more than 30 years of industry experience at FedEx. His
international leadership experience, keen business insights, and focus on
globalization have contributed to the success of FedEx and provide a blueprint
as the company revolutionizes the transportation and logistics industry.
Subramaniam is responsible for spearheading the current global transformation of
FedEx, which includes revitalizing the company’s operating strategy, profitably
growing the e-commerce business, and harnessing the power of global supply chain
data to drive the company’s digital transformation.

Outside of FedEx, Subramaniam serves on the board of directors of the Procter &
Gamble Company. He is also committed to using his industry experience to advance
economic growth and trade around the world, serving on the boards of directors
of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s China Center Advisory Board, FIRST, U.S.-India
Strategic Partnership Forum, and the U.S.-China Business Council, and as a
member of the U.S.-India CEO Forum. In February 2023, Subramaniam was appointed
by U.S. President Joe Biden to the President’s Export Council, a White House
advisory committee overseeing international trade. He is also a proud 2023
recipient of the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award, the highest civilian award
presented by the President of India to the Indian diaspora in recognition of
outstanding achievements in India and abroad.

Originally from Trivandrum, India, Subramaniam lives in Memphis, Tennessee – the
company’s global headquarters. He earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical
engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), a master’s degree in
chemical engineering from Syracuse University, and a master’s degree in business
administration from The University of Texas at Austin.

ANNE WOJCICKI

Anne co-founded 23andMe in 2006, three years after the first human genome was
sequenced. Her goal was audacious: to help people access, understand, and
benefit from the human genome and fundamentally change healthcare in the
process. Prior to founding 23andMe, Anne spent a decade on Wall Street investing
in healthcare and felt frustrated by a system built around monetizing illness
instead of incentivizing prevention. She wanted to flip that model on its head
and build a business that helps people prevent illness rather than profit from
it. Anne focused on empowering people with direct access to genetic information
so that they could use their data to make decisions that could lower their risks
for disease. Under her leadership, 23andMe now provides the only personal
genetic test with FDA authorization to deliver health information directly to
consumers.

A pioneer in the direct-to-consumer DNA testing space, Anne’s vision and
persistence have not only allowed 23andMe to provide millions with access to
genetic information, but have powered an industry-first crowdsourcing approach
to genetic research and drug development – yielding more than 200 scientific
publications and two therapeutic programs in phase 1 clinical trials.

VERNA GRAYCE CHAO

Verna Grayce Chao is executive vice president of Commercial and Consumer Banking
Products at City National Bank, overseeing treasury management, all deposits,
commercial and personal credit cards, residential and small businesses lending,
and software offerings. She also serves on the company’s Executive Council.

Before being promoted to executive vice president in March 2019, Verna
Grayce was the general manager of AgilLink, City National’s leading developer of
specialized accounting and productivity software. She also served as the general
manager and chief marketing officer of Source Medical Solutions in Los Angeles.
Earlier in her career, she was a marketing director for Dell and program
director for IBM.

Verna Grayce was recognized as one of the most influential women in banking by
the Los Angeles Business Journal in 2020 and 2021. She was also named in the Top
Teams of American Banker’s most powerful women in banking in 2021. She is a
founding member of the Los Angeles chapter of Chief, a private network that
connects and supports rising female leaders. She also serves the community as a
board member for the American Red Cross (Los Angeles Region).

Verna Grayce earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and her
master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago’s
Booth School of Business.
