We utilise a systematic approach to reverse and prevent dental occupation
injuries so that you will require less time off work and can prolong your
practicing career.

Posture and Core Pilates can help you become stronger, more flexible, and fitter
as well have a clearer more focused mind.

Dr Jean Wu – BDSc(Hons), Dip PMT, is both a qualified Pilates and Movement
Therapy instructor as well as a practicing GP dentist with over a decade of
experience. She is a member of the Australian Dental Association as well as the
Australian Pilates Method Association.

She has taken the benefits of Pilates and crafted them into a purpose-built
program designed to assist Dental professionals with the day-to-day body strains
of their profession.

Posture and Core’s fully equipped studio is conveniently located in Ringwood
North just 5 minutes from the Eastern Freeway for on-site Mat and Studio pilates
classes.

We also come to you! We can hold workshops and mat classes at your clinic or
other suitable location.
