ABOUT COLIN FISHWICK

COURSE INFORMATION

Originally from North County Durham, Colin has had a passion for working with
wood for as long as he can remember. Firstly, with his Uncle Jim, a master
cabinet maker, then later at school with an inspirational craft teacher, R.N.
Dumble. 




Teaching P.E., Outdoor Pursuits and Maths occupied the next 20 years, but an
opportunity to become a full-time crafter arose and was followed
enthusiastically.




Now based in Chesterfield, Colin devotes most of his time creating practical
items for use all around the home in addition to purely decorative pieces to
adorn any available space. 




With a modern, spacious workshop available and over 30 years teaching
experience, Colin offers a variety of courses, and is able to introduce you to
the craft or to develop your skills.
