Search
Where can my gift be delivered?

Our gifts can be delivered to a home, business or educational facility anywhere
domestically within the United States (no territories) as we ship your gifts
with UPS. We are unfortunately unable to ship your gift out of the country as
the risk of getting a perishable product through international customs and
delivered before spoiling is just too high. We can ship select gifts to our US
Military members stationed outside of the United States, with a valid APO/FPO or
DPO address, sent via USPS with our Operation Birthday Cake. Please visit here

How do I track my package?

The evening that your package ships out you will be emailed a UPS tracking
number around 6:00 PM EST.

You can also track your gift and view the details of your past and present
orders, by viewing your account on our website.

Log into your account by using your email address and password on our website.
Once logged in, click on 'MY ACCOUNT', 'VIEW MY ORDERS'. Click on 'TRACK' to
view your gifts location through UPS.

If your item has been issued a tracking number, it will appear under the
shipping info. (tracking numbers are typically issued by 6pm EST the evening
your order ships out, typically 1-2 days before the scheduled delivery date.)
You can click where it says 'TRACK' under the UPS tracking number, and you will
be taken to the detailed UPS tracking information.

UPS will update your tracking details as soon as it has been delivered. Within
approximately an hour you will receive a confirmation of delivery email.



What are the sizes of your cakes and how many people do they serve?

All item details such as size, serving size etc can be found towards the bottom
of the item page. Most of our gourmet cakes are 7 inches and serve approximately
6-8 people. Our cakes are known for their richness and decadence and are
typically served in smaller slices because of this. 10-inch cakes serve 12 to 15
people COLOSSAL Sheet Cakes (Quarter Sheet Cake 9x13x3) serve 20 to 24 people
Mini Cupcakes are available in One Dozen and serve 4-6 people Jumbo Cupcakes are
available in a 4 Pack and serve 6-8 people. Pies are 8 inches Round and feed 6-8
people Quiches are pre-sliced to serve 5 people

Do you offer products that accommodate special dietary needs?

Our gifts are Kosher, but while we never want to exclude anyone from
experiencing our delicious gourmet baked goods, we do not currently offer
specialty products such as those listed as- Halal, Vegan, Dairy Free, Egg Free,
Sugar Free or Completely Nut Free (we have trace warnings on all of our
products).

 How do I store my gourmet bakery gift?

We recommend removing the gift from the cooler as soon as possible to rest at
room temperature for up to one hour before enjoying. You can leave the
shrinkwrap on the gift until you serve. Our gifts stay good in an airtight
container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 2
months. All care instructions are listed on the cake labels Refrigerated cakes
(layer cakes, cheesecakes): good for 5 days refrigerated Brownie / coffee
cakes/4-inch cakes: good for 5 days, non-refrigerated and covered Frozen: all
cakes can be frozen for 2 months. Cookies / brownies: eat within 5 days. Do not
freeze, do not refrigerate.

How do I dispose of the packaging and coolants?

Cardboard Box: We recommend breaking down the white Bake Me A Wish box and
disposing of it in the appropriate cardboard recycling area. Gel Packs: The best
way to dispose of the gel ice packs is to allow them to fully thaw. Next, cut
open the side and empty the gel into your waste receptacle. Recycle the empty
plastic pouch with other plastics. We highly recommend that you do not put the
thawed gel down your sink or septic tank. While it is nontoxic and
non-hazardous, it can further clog the pipes if there is a pre-existing clog.
The method above is the best method of disposal. Dry Ice: The dry ice will
arrive in a plastic bag inside of the cooler. If you receive the gift and there
is an empty bag with no dry ice; than the dry ice did its intended job. The dry
ice will slowly evaporate releasing the cold to keep your gift safe and secure
from the heat. Please dispose of the plastic bag into your garbage. If you
receive your gift with ruminates of dry ice, we recommend removing the dry ice
bag from the cooler, removing your gift and then returning the bag to the empty
cooler leaving it at room temperature in a well-ventilated area until
evaporated. Please note, do not touch dry ice with bare skin. Dry ice may burn
skin if not protected. Additionally, DO NOT dispose of the dry ice in your sink
as it may cause damage to your plumbing. Coolers: What’s cool about our
coolers? We use recycled Styrofoam that is environmentally conscious. Yes!
Contrary to popular belief, Styrofoam can be recycled! Bake Me A Wish only uses
recycled foam for its coolers and encourages its recipients to help keep the
cycle going. For a complete list of locations that allow drop off of polystyrene
material for recycling, please visit: https://www.foamfacts.com/recycling/ If
your area does not recycle Styrofoam, please reuse our coolers. Keep it handy in
the trunk of your car for heat sensitive groceries. Pack a lunch for a family
outing. Keep snacks and drinks cool for random road trips!

How are your gourmet gifts shipped?

Bake Me A Wish! takes the utmost care with each and every gourmet bakery gift we
ship. Our system is tried and true, utilizing various components such as dry
ice, polystyrene, and ice gels to keep your gift secure and fresh. Our gifts are
always backed by our strong 100% guarantee for fresh delivery!

What is your guarantee for fresh, on-time delivery?

On-time delivery is of utmost importance to us and our delivery service
provider, UPS. If you experience complications with the delivery of your order
you may be eligible for a refund on your shipping amount or the total order
amount if the gift is damaged. Contact our Customer Care Department either by
phone (888-987-9474) or email (customercare@bakemeawish.com) as soon as possible
so that we may investigate and offer you resolutions to any late or damaged
shipments. Please be advised that we must receive notification no later than 14
days after the package is received in order to process a reship or refund.

Who will deliver my gourmet gifts?

UPS within the United States (no territories). USPS Operation Birthday Cake
Orders for Military deliveries outside of the United States.

Will you call my recipient before delivery is attempted?

Though your recipients phone number is printed on the UPS shipping label
unfortunately, UPS drivers do not carry company cell phones and cannot contact
your recipient before, upon, nor following a delivery attempt.

Can I have a gift delivered to Hawaii or Alaska?

There is an additional $25 charge for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii on top of
regular shipping and handling charge of $24.46. Deliveries can only be made
Wednesday- Friday by using 2-day air service. To see if the gift of your choice
is available to ship to Hawaii/Alaska, view the item page of the product you are
interested in and find the shipping information at the bottom of the page. If
the item is available for a 2-day shipping the gift is able to be delivered to
Hawaii/Alaska. IMPORTANT! Bake Me A Wish! cannot be held responsible for
incorrect or omitted information. Any exception received, due to missing or bad
information, immediately nullifies guaranteed delivery. Apartment numbers and
suites for residential and business deliveries must be included for on-time
delivery. Your cake will not be delivered on time without this information!

What happens if I provide the wrong address or an address with missing
information?

If you discover after your order has shipped that there is a problem with the
address, we do have options.

UPS Change of Address: UPS offers a service to intercept a package that is
already in transit and change or update the shipping address. There is a charge
of $18 and it typically will cause a one business day delay in delivery. You
must contact our Customer Care team at 888-987-9474 and provide payment details
before we can make the adjustment to the address of a package in transit. Once a
change of address has been made with UPS and additional transit time is imposed
on our perishable gifts, we no longer guarantee the freshness of our gifts.

IMPORTANT! Bake Me A Wish! cannot be held responsible for incorrect or omitted
information. Any exception received, due to missing or bad information,
immediately nullifies guaranteed delivery. Apartment numbers and suites for
residential and business deliveries must be included for on-time delivery. Your
cake will not be delivered on time without this information! UPS Will Call: UPS
offers a service to hold your package at the nearest UPS customer center for
pickup. There is no charge for this service. If you request the will call on the
same day delivery is due, the local UPS driver will take your package to the
customer center after their route is complete. We are unable to tell you a
specific time the package will be available for pick up. You must contact the
local UPS customer center. We will provide you with the address and phone number
of the location. A government issued photo ID is required when shipping or
picking up a package at a UPS Customer Center and must match the name of the
receiver on the shipping label.



Do you offer free shipping promotions?

When we offer free shipping or promotional discounts you will be the first to
know as you will receive notice of the offer via email from bakemeawish.com. We
typically also have the offer prominently displayed on our website. Sadly, there
are many deceptive businesses online that entice customers to their coupon sites
by stating offers of free shipping and discounts. We typically do not have any
affiliation with these sites. Please call (888-987-9474) or email
(customercare@bakemeawish.com) if you have any questions about an offer you have
seen online.

What time must I place my order by to have delivery the following day?

All orders must be completed by 4:30pm Eastern Time to be processed that day and
be eligible for next day delivery. Please know that we are unable to make any
exceptions to this shipping cutoff time. Our packages are picked up at our
shipping facility at the latest time possible so that we may offer such a quick
turnaround time for our customers special occasions.

What kind of ingredients do you use?

We use the finest ingredients. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a
specific ingredient in any of our products (for allergies, etc.), please check
with us directly at 888-987-9474 before placing an order. Our gifts include
ingredient and nutritional information enclosed with the package.

Why am I not able to select certain dates for delivery on your delivery date
calendar?

There are certain days throughout the year on which we cannot deliver, such as
Sundays (as UPS does not operate that day), certain holidays, and in some cases,
the day directly following a holiday. We also cannot deliver gifts on Mondays
between Memorial Day and Labor Day, due to summer heat. The days on which
delivery is not possible are grayed out on our calendar.

How can I be sure that the gift was not contaminated?

Great Question! All of our bakeries undergo audits to ensure the cleanliness of
the facilities exceeds FDA requirements. Additionally, each facility is also
Kosher-certified, which means the cleaning and sterilization of workspace and
equipment is maintained on an hourly basis. It also covers the protective gear
worn by employees and the handling of foods throughout the fulfillment process.
Each food item we provide is sealed fresh right at the bakery, to ensure a safe
and delicious gift, every time!

Why did I get a Paypal Notification that says my gift is shipping to my billing
address?

This is an issue with Paypal, as they will not pass recipient information
through your Paypal account unless you've saved that address in Paypal. Rest
assured we have the recipient info you entered at bakemeawish.com; please use
our notifications for your order status!!

What happens if the package is not located after delivery?

If your recipient has not been able to locate their gift at the location stated
by UPS delivery notification email, please notify us by calling our customer
care team toll free at 888-987-9474 or email us at customercare@bakemeawish.com
and a representative will contact you shortly thereafter to resolve the matter.

What if I need to cancel/alter my order?

To cancel your order, correct the address or make any alteration to the occasion
or greeting card, please call our Customer Care Team directly at 888-987-9474 or
email at customercare@bakemeawish.com. Alteration requests must be received no
later than 11am Eastern Time (10:00 am EST Personalized/Theme cakes) on the date
of shipment (i.e., before the gift physically ships out). Once an order has
shipped or the cut off time has passed, the order may not be cancelled or
altered. Once the alteration has been made to an order you will receive an
updated order confirmation. Emailed requests will receive an emailed
confirmation of the change.

What if I forgot to add a discount code?

No problem. Please contact our Customer Care Team by phone (888-987-9474) or
email (customercare@bakemeawish.com) regarding the missed discount. As long as
your order has not yet shipped, we'll be happy to apply the promo code to your
order.

Can I combine multiple discount offers?

No. Bake Me A Wish's policy does not allow for two or more discounts to be
combined.

Can I add UPS AM delivery service to an order that has already been placed?

We do no offer morning delivery for gifts. Your gift is guaranteed to be
delivered before the end of the day (which can be as late as 8pm) on your
requested delivery date. Due to these changes, we do advise that you select the
day before an event or occasion for your selected delivery date.

Can I add UPS Saturday delivery service to an order that has already been
placed?

Yes. Saturday delivery upgrade (where available) is an additional $5.00 to
$10.00. If you would like to add the Saturday delivery upgrade to your order,
please call our Customer Care line at 888-987-9474 and press the number 3.
Please contact us no later than 4:00 pm EST if you would like to add the
service. We do not hold your credit card information on file, so we would have
to retrieve the information if you chose to upgrade our delivery service.

Can I add a personalized message to my gift?

Yes. All our gifts include a greeting card reflecting the occasion of your gift.
250 characters of well-wishing can be entered on the card.

Can I include a message to write on the cake?

YES! We have a special selection of popular cake flavors that can include the
name of the recipient on your gift cake! Please visit

What happens if my gift arrives damaged or late?

On-time delivery is of utmost importance to us and our delivery service
provider, UPS. If you experience complications with the delivery of your order
you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, store credit or overnight
reshipment of a fresh gift. Contact our Customer Care Department either by phone
(888-987-9474) or email (customercare@bakemeawish.com) as soon as possible so
that we may investigate and offer you resolutions to any late or damaged
shipments. Please be advised that we must receive notification no later than 14
days after the package is received in order to process a reship or refund.

What is the latest time to place an order for next day delivery?

Our weekday order cutoff time is 4:40pm EST. In order to have a gift delivered
the following day, your order must be submitted before the cutoff time. Orders
received after 4:40pm EST Mon-Fri will be processed the following business day.

How will I know where my gift was delivered to?

Upon delivery, UPS will note the UPS tracking linked to your gift with the time,
delivery address and the location where the gift was delivered. Home deliveries
usually will state front door, back door or even garage. Apartment deliveries
are made to the front door of your recipient's residence however, if the door is
inaccessible by UPS or if the area is deemed unsafe by the UPS driver, UPS will
deliver the gift to the front office/leasing office etc and note the tracking
information as such. Business locations and hotels/motels typically will have a
designated delivery location for UPS deliveries. The UPS driver will have to
leave the gift at the designated location (ie dock, loading dock or front desk)
for the safety of the employees and guests the UPS driver is not allowed to roam
the location to search for your recipient. Once the gift has been delivered to
the designated location, it is then the businesses responsibility to sort the
gifts and deliver them to their owner. Educational Institutions deliveries will
be made to the front office or to the student mail center. At the time of
delivery, the educational institution will follow their practices and policies
to make your student aware of the delivery.

What are some helpful tips I should keep in mind to ensure a successful delivery
to a business?

When sending a gift to a business, please format the recipients address as
follows to ensure delivery prior to the business closing. Recipient name
Business Name Street Address Suite/Floor/ Room Number (if known) City, State,
Zip Code. If the required date is on the weekend, we highly recommend contacting
the business to see if they are open on the weekends for a delivery. IMPORTANT:
During the COVID-19 spread, some states have implemented STAY-AT-HOME policies
for non-essential workers. Bake Me A Wish! cannot guarantee deliveries to
businesses in these areas. Please check with your recipient prior to placing an
order.

What are some helpful tips I should keep in mind to ensure a successful delivery
to an educational institution?

Most colleges/universities have their own protocol for addressing and receiving
packages. We highly recommend contacting the place to which you wish to send the
gift and find out information regarding their on-site mail process to ensure
delivery to your student. Simply tell them you're trying to send a perishable
gift to someone there via UPS, and they will be able to tell you the exact
address to which the package must be sent. Most educational institutions will
not give the UPS driver access to their grounds/facilities to search out a
recipient directly for the safety of the students and staff, so the package must
be received by a central location (college/dorm mail center, front
desk/reception, shipping dock, etc.). Once received, the mailing center shall
either deliver the package to your recipient or alert him/her of its arrival for
pick-up. **Additionally, many educational institutions can only receive
deliveries Monday through Friday, and do not allow for Saturday deliveries.
Given the perishable nature of our products, it is always best to find out as
much information as possible before ordering to ensure your gift is received in
a timely manner (i.e., how to fill out the UPS shipping label properly, where
specifically the package will be delivered to, who will sign for it, etc.).

What are some helpful tips I should keep in mind to ensure a successful delivery
to an apartment building?

You must be sure when entering the address to add the apartment number as a
missed apartment number may delay the delivery of your thoughtful gift. It is
always best to include the first and last name of the recipient when sending to
an apartment building.

What are some helpful tips I should keep in mind to ensure a successful delivery
to a hotel/motel?

We highly recommend when entering the delivery address to note by your
recipient's name if they are a Guest or an Employee of the business as to reduce
confusion for delivery by the employees of the business. Recipient name 'GUEST'
(Please use name of guest on reservation) Business Name Street Address Suite
Number (if known) City, State, Zip Code. Additionally, we do recommend
contacting the hotel prior to the arrival of the delivery to inform them of the
perishable nature of the gift and the date of delivery.

Can I have a gift delivered outside of the 50 United States?

Our gifts can be delivered anywhere domestically within the United States as we
ship your gifts with UPS. We are also able to ship gifts to US Military
personnel across the seas stationed at US military bases (FPO, APO, APE, DPO).

At what time will my gift be delivered?

Residential deliveries are guaranteed to arrive by end of day, up to 9pm local
time (though most deliveries do occur before then). Gifts shipping to businesses
are guaranteed to arrive by 5pm local time (please note, the shipping address
must include name of business, as well as a suite/floor number where
applicable). Unfortunately, UPS does not offer midnight deliveries.

way to dispose of the gel ice packs is to allow them to fully thaw. Next, cut
open the side and empty the gel into your waste receptacle. Recycle the empty
plastic pouch with other plastics. We highly recommend that you do not put the
thawed gel down your sink or septic tank. While it is nontoxic and
non-hazardous, it can further clog the pipes if there is a pre-existing clog.
The method above is the best method of disposal. Dry Ice: The dry ice will
arrive in a plastic bag inside of the cooler. If you receive the gift and there
is an empty bag with no dry ice; than the dry ice did its intended job. The dry
ice will slowly evaporate releasing the cold to keep your gift safe and secure
from the heat. Please dispose of the plastic bag into your garbage. If you
receive your gift with ruminates of dry ice, we recommend removing the dry ice
bag from the cooler, removing your gift and then returning the bag to the empty
cooler leaving it at room temperature in a well-ventilated area until
evaporated. Please note, do not touch dry ice with bare skin. Dry ice may burn
skin if not protected. Additionally, DO NOT dispose of the dry ice in your sink
as it may cause damage to your plumbing. Coolers: What’s cool about our
coolers? We use recycled Styrofoam that is environmentally conscious. Yes!
Contrary to popular belief, Styrofoam can be recycled! Bake Me A Wish only uses
recycled foam for its coolers and encourages its recipients to help keep the

your area does not recycle Styrofoam, please reuse our coolers. Keep it handy in

How are your gourmet gifts shipped?

Bake Me A Wish! takes the utmost care with each and every gourmet bakery gift we
ship. Our system is tried and true, utilizing various components such as dry
ice, polystyrene, and ice gels to keep your gift secure and fresh. Our gifts are
always backed by our strong 100% guarantee for fresh delivery!

What is your guarantee for fresh, on-time delivery?

On-time delivery is of utmost importance to us and our delivery service
provider, UPS. If you experience complications with the delivery of your order
you may be eligible for a refund on your shipping amount or the total order
amount if the gift is damaged. Contact our Customer Care Department either by
phone (888-987-9474) or email (customercare@bakemeawish.com) as soon as possible
so that we may investigate and offer you resolutions to any late or damaged
shipments. Please be advised that we must receive notification no later than 14
days after the package is received in order to process a reship or refund.

Who will deliver my gourmet gifts?

UPS within the United States (no territories). USPS Operation Birthday Cake
Orders for Military deliveries outside of the United States.

Will you call my recipient before delivery is attempted?

Though your recipients phone number is printed on the UPS shipping label
unfortunately, UPS drivers do not carry company cell phones and cannot contact
your recipient before, upon, nor following a delivery attempt.

Can I have a gift delivered to Hawaii or Alaska?

There is an additional $25 charge for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii on top of
regular shipping and handling charge of $24.46. Deliveries can only be made
Wednesday- Friday by using 2-day air service. To see if the gift of your choice
is available to ship to Hawaii/Alaska, view the item page of the product you are
interested in and find the shipping information at the bottom of the page. If
the item is available for a 2-day shipping the gift is able to be delivered to
Hawaii/Alaska. IMPORTANT! Bake Me A Wish! cannot be held responsible for
incorrect or omitted information. Any exception received, due to missing or bad
information, immediately nullifies guaranteed delivery. Apartment numbers and
suites for residential and business deliveries must be included for on-time
delivery. Your cake will not be delivered on time without this information!

What happens if I provide the wrong address or an address with missing
information?

If you discover after your order has shipped that there is a problem with the
address, we do have options.

UPS Change of Address: UPS offers a service to intercept a package that is
already in transit and change or update the shipping address. There is a charge
of $18 and it typically will cause a one business day delay in delivery. You
must contact our Customer Care team at 888-987-9474 and provide payment details
before we can make the adjustment to the address of a package in transit. Once a
change of address has been made with UPS and additional transit time is imposed
on our perishable gifts, we no longer guarantee the freshness of our gifts.

IMPORTANT! Bake Me A Wish! cannot be held responsible for incorrect or omitted
information. Any exception received, due to missing or bad information,
immediately nullifies guaranteed delivery. Apartment numbers and suites for
residential and business deliveries must be included for on-time delivery. Your
cake will not be delivered on time without this information! UPS Will Call: UPS
offers a service to hold your package at the nearest UPS customer center for
pickup. There is no charge for this service. If you request the will call on the
same day delivery is due, the local UPS driver will take your package to the
customer center after their route is complete. We are unable to tell you a
specific time the package will be available for pick up. You must contact the
local UPS customer center. We will provide you with the address and phone number
of the location. A government issued photo ID is required when shipping or
picking up a package at a UPS Customer Center and must match the name of the
receiver on the shipping label.



Do you offer free shipping promotions?

When we offer free shipping or promotional discounts you will be the first to
know as you will receive notice of the offer via email from bakemeawish.com. We
typically also have the offer prominently displayed on our website. Sadly, there
are many deceptive businesses online that entice customers to their coupon sites
by stating offers of free shipping and discounts. We typically do not have any
affiliation with these sites. Please call (888-987-9474) or email
(customercare@bakemeawish.com) if you have any questions about an offer you have
seen online.

What time must I place my order by to have delivery the following day?

All orders must be completed by 4:30pm Eastern Time to be processed that day and
be eligible for next day delivery. Please know that we are unable to make any
exceptions to this shipping cutoff time. Our packages are picked up at our
shipping facility at the latest time possible so that we may offer such a quick
turnaround time for our customers special occasions.

What kind of ingredients do you use?

We use the finest ingredients. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a
specific ingredient in any of our products (for allergies, etc.), please check
with us directly at 888-987-9474 before placing an order. Our gifts include
ingredient and nutritional information enclosed with the package.

Why am I not able to select certain dates for delivery on your delivery date
calendar?

There are certain days throughout the year on which we cannot deliver, such as
Sundays (as UPS does not operate that day), certain holidays, and in some cases,
the day directly following a holiday. We also cannot deliver gifts on Mondays
between Memorial Day and Labor Day, due to summer heat. The days on which
delivery is not possible are grayed out on our calendar.

How can I be sure that the gift was not contaminated?

Great Question! All of our bakeries undergo audits to ensure the cleanliness of
the facilities exceeds FDA requirements. Additionally, each facility is also
Kosher-certified, which means the cleaning and sterilization of workspace and
equipment is maintained on an hourly basis. It also covers the protective gear
worn by employees and the handling of foods throughout the fulfillment process.
Each food item we provide is sealed fresh right at the bakery, to ensure a safe
and delicious gift, every time!

Why did I get a Paypal Notification that says my gift is shipping to my billing
address?

This is an issue with Paypal, as they will not pass recipient information
through your Paypal account unless you've saved that address in Paypal. Rest
assured we have the recipient info you entered at bakemeawish.com; please use
our notifications for your order status!!

What happens if the package is not located after delivery?

If your recipient has not been able to locate their gift at the location stated
by UPS delivery notification email, please notify us by calling our customer
care team toll free at 888-987-9474 or email us at customercare@bakemeawish.com
and a representative will contact you shortly thereafter to resolve the matter.

What if I need to cancel/alter my order?

To cancel your order, correct the address or make any alteration to the occasion
or greeting card, please call our Customer Care Team directly at 888-987-9474 or
email at customercare@bakemeawish.com. Alteration requests must be received no
later than 11am Eastern Time (10:00 am EST Personalized/Theme cakes) on the date
of shipment (i.e., before the gift physically ships out). Once an order has
shipped or the cut off time has passed, the order may not be cancelled or
altered. Once the alteration has been made to an order you will receive an
updated order confirmation. Emailed requests will receive an emailed
confirmation of the change.

What if I forgot to add a discount code?

No problem. Please contact our Customer Care Team by phone (888-987-9474) or
email (customercare@bakemeawish.com) regarding the missed discount. As long as
your order has not yet shipped, we'll be happy to apply the promo code to your
order.

Can I combine multiple discount offers?

No. Bake Me A Wish's policy does not allow for two or more discounts to be
combined.

Can I add UPS AM delivery service to an order that has already been placed?

We do no offer morning delivery for gifts. Your gift is guaranteed to be
delivered before the end of the day (which can be as late as 8pm) on your
requested delivery date. Due to these changes, we do advise that you select the
day before an event or occasion for your selected delivery date.

Can I add UPS Saturday delivery service to an order that has already been
placed?

Yes. Saturday delivery upgrade (where available) is an additional $5.00 to
$10.00. If you would like to add the Saturday delivery upgrade to your order,
please call our Customer Care line at 888-987-9474 and press the number 3.
Please contact us no later than 4:00 pm EST if you would like to add the
service. We do not hold your credit card information on file, so we would have
to retrieve the information if you chose to upgrade our delivery service.

Can I add a personalized message to my gift?

Yes. All our gifts include a greeting card reflecting the occasion of your gift.
250 characters of well-wishing can be entered on the card.

Can I include a message to write on the cake?

What happens if my gift arrives damaged or late?

What is the latest time to place an order for next day delivery?

Our weekday order cutoff time is 4:40pm EST. In order to have a gift delivered
the following day, your order must be submitted before the cutoff time. Orders
received after 4:40pm EST Mon-Fri will be processed the following business day.

How will I know where my gift was delivered to?

Upon delivery, UPS will note the UPS tracking linked to your gift with the time,
delivery address and the location where the gift was delivered. Home deliveries
usually will state front door, back door or even garage. Apartment deliveries
are made to the front door of your recipient's residence however, if the door is
inaccessible by UPS or if the area is deemed unsafe by the UPS driver, UPS will
deliver the gift to the front office/leasing office etc and note the tracking
information as such. Business locations and hotels/motels typically will have a
designated delivery location for UPS deliveries. The UPS driver will have to
leave the gift at the designated location (ie dock, loading dock or front desk)
for the safety of the employees and guests the UPS driver is not allowed to roam
the location to search for your recipient. Once the gift has been delivered to
the designated location, it is then the businesses responsibility to sort the
gifts and deliver them to their owner. Educational Institutions deliveries will
be made to the front office or to the student mail center. At the time of
delivery, the educational institution will follow their practices and policies
to make your student aware of the delivery.

What are some helpful tips I should keep in mind to ensure a successful delivery
to a business?

When sending a gift to a business, please format the recipients address as
follows to ensure delivery prior to the business closing. Recipient name
Business Name Street Address Suite/Floor/ Room Number (if known) City, State,
Zip Code. If the required date is on the weekend, we highly recommend contacting
the business to see if they are open on the weekends for a delivery. IMPORTANT:
During the COVID-19 spread, some states have implemented STAY-AT-HOME policies
for non-essential workers. Bake Me A Wish! cannot guarantee deliveries to
businesses in these areas. Please check with your recipient prior to placing an
order.

What are some helpful tips I should keep in mind to ensure a successful delivery
to an educational institution?

Most colleges/universities have their own protocol for addressing and receiving
packages. We highly recommend contacting the place to which you wish to send the
gift and find out information regarding their on-site mail process to ensure
delivery to your student. Simply tell them you're trying to send a perishable
gift to someone there via UPS, and they will be able to tell you the exact
address to which the package must be sent. Most educational institutions will
not give the UPS driver access to their grounds/facilities to search out a
recipient directly for the safety of the students and staff, so the package must
be received by a central location (college/dorm mail center, front
desk/reception, shipping dock, etc.). Once received, the mailing center shall
either deliver the package to your recipient or alert him/her of its arrival for
pick-up. **Additionally, many educational institutions can only receive
deliveries Monday through Friday, and do not allow for Saturday deliveries.
Given the perishable nature of our products, it is always best to find out as
much information as possible before ordering to ensure your gift is received in
a timely manner (i.e., how to fill out the UPS shipping label properly, where
specifically the package will be delivered to, who will sign for it, etc.).

What are some helpful tips I should keep in mind to ensure a successful delivery
to an apartment building?

You must be sure when entering the address to add the apartment number as a
missed apartment number may delay the delivery of your thoughtful gift. It is
always best to include the first and last name of the recipient when sending to
an apartment building.

What are some helpful tips I should keep in mind to ensure a successful delivery
to a hotel/motel?

We highly recommend when entering the delivery address to note by your
recipient's name if they are a Guest or an Employee of the business as to reduce
confusion for delivery by the employees of the business. Recipient name 'GUEST'
(Please use name of guest on reservation) Business Name Street Address Suite
Number (if known) City, State, Zip Code. Additionally, we do recommend
contacting the hotel prior to the arrival of the delivery to inform them of the
perishable nature of the gift and the date of delivery.

Can I have a gift delivered outside of the 50 United States?

Our gifts can be delivered anywhere domestically within the United States as we
ship your gifts with UPS. We are also able to ship gifts to US Military
personnel across the seas stationed at US military bases (FPO, APO, APE, DPO).

At what time will my gift be delivered?

Residential deliveries are guaranteed to arrive by end of day, up to 9pm local
time (though most deliveries do occur before then). Gifts shipping to businesses
are guaranteed to arrive by 5pm local time (please note, the shipping address
must include name of business, as well as a suite/floor number where
applicable). Unfortunately, UPS does not offer midnight deliveries.
